Claims (16)
- 少なくとも1の有機若しくは無機化合物を含む固形組成物を調製するためのアンチ溶媒凝固プロセスにおいて、少なくとも1の溶解された有機若しくは無機化合物を含む液状媒体が膜モジュールに配置された膜を通して1以上のアンチ溶媒中に押出されて、または1以上のアンチ溶媒が膜モジュールに配置された膜を通して少なくとも1の有機若しくは無機化合物を含む液状媒体中に押出されて、当該有機および/または無機化合物を含む固形粒子を含む組成物を生成し、該プロセスが連続プロセスとして実施される方法。
- 凝固が結晶化であり、調製された固形粒子が結晶粒子であり、有機または無機化合物が結晶化可能な化合物であり、および任意的に、当該結晶粒子が本プロセスから回収されてもよい、請求項1に従う方法。
- 液状媒体が1以上のアンチ溶媒からナノろ過によって分離され、および任意的に、液状媒体および/またはアンチ溶媒が再循環されてもよい、請求項1〜2のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- 当該粒子を含む当該組成物が得られる前に、エマルションが形成される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- 非溶媒が、液状媒体中におよび/または1以上のアンチ溶媒中に存在する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- 有機または無機化合物が、遷移金属化合物、遷移金属塩、アルカリ金属塩、アルカリ土類金属塩、脂肪酸、たんぱく質、糖類、アミノ酸、および顔料からなる群から選ばれる、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- 固形粒子が、ただ1つの無機または有機化合物の粒子から本質的になる、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- 無機または有機化合物が医薬化合物である、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- 医薬化合物が、チボロン、プロゲステロン、デソゲストレル、および3−ケト−デソゲストレル(エトノゲストレル)からなる群から選ばれる、請求項8に従う方法。
- 固形組成物が、2以上の医薬化合物の混合物を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- 固形粒子を含む組成物が調製され、当該組成物の中で粒子の少なくとも一部が、溶解された有機または無機コーティング材料を含む液状媒体を膜を通して、当該コーティング材料に対する1以上のアンチ溶媒中のコーティングされるべき粒子の懸濁液中に押出すことによって、1以上の有機または無機コーティング材料の1以上の固形コーティングでコーティングされた核からなる、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- 調製された固形組成物が、医薬化合物を含む少なくとも1のコーティング材料でコーティングされた医薬化合物を含む核を持つ粒子を含む、請求項11に従う方法。
- チボロン、プロゲステロン、デソゲストレル、および3−ケト−デソゲストレル(エトノゲストレル)からなる群から好ましくは選ばれる少なくとも1の医薬化合物を含み、凝集が少なく、好ましくは無く、結晶化段階直後の粒子サイズ分布の幅が3未満である、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に従う方法によって得ることができる結晶粒子。
- 請求項13に従う結晶粒子を含む投与形態の薬物。
- 投与形態が錠剤である、請求項14に従う投与形態の薬物。
