Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.不明確な融点を示す有効成分のガラス転移温度より高く、かつ賦形剤の液化 開始温度よりも低い温度に維持された温度の流動床が塔の底部に加えられたこと を特徴とする、不明確な融点を示す有効成分と結晶化のための賦形剤とを噴射造 粒塔の供給用貯蔵器に導入し、当該混合物を振動しているノズルを通過させて冷 たい空気と向流しながら塔内を落下するようにしたパール状物を形成する、不明 確な融点を示す有効成分のパール状物であって、持続性の放出プロフィルを示す パール状物の調製方法。 2.賦形剤の液化開始温度よりも高い温度に維持された温度の流動床が塔を噴射 造粒塔の底部に付加することを特徴とする、不明確な融点を示す有効成分と結晶 化のための賦形剤とを噴射造粒塔の供給用貯蔵器に導入し、当該混合物を振動し ているノズルを通過させて冷たい空気と向流しながら塔内を落下するようにして パール状物を形成する、融点が不明確な有効成分のパール状物であって、迅速な 放出プロフィルを示すパール状物の調製方法。 3.当該ノズルの直径が0.4mmよりも大きいことを特徴とする請求の範囲1記載 の方法。 4.ケトプロフェンおよび融点が55度Cより高いステアリン酸から成り、その直 径が最低700μmと同等であり、好ましくは最低1000μmと同等であることを特徴 とする、請求の範囲1および3のいずれかに従って得られた、持続性放出プロフ ィルを示すケトプロフェンのパール状物。 5.0.040μl/gより小さい孔容積を有することを特徴とする、持続性 放出プロフィルを示すケトプロフェンのパール状物。 6.有効成分および親水性ポリマーを含有する水性懸濁液で被覆された、請求の 範囲1および3から5のいずれかひとつに従うパール状物から成ることを特徴と する、持続性放出および即時性の放出を示す、不明確な結晶化点を示す有効成分 のパール状物。 7.当該親水性ポリマーがヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロースから選択される ことを特徴とする、請求の範囲6に記載のパール状物。
