Claims (13)
- 少なくとも1つの励磁器磁石(EM)、ただ1つの強磁性要素(FE)、少なくとも1つの誘導コイル(SPまたはSP1)ならびに前記励磁器磁石(EM)の極性および位置に関する情報を判定する少なくとも1つの追加のセンサ要素(SE)によって並進および/または回転運動を検出する位置検出器であって、前記励磁器磁石(EM)の運動の方向を判定するのに必要とされる情報が全て、前記1つの強磁性要素(FE)がトリガされる時点(TS)で利用可能である位置検出器。
- 前記強磁性要素(FE)はパルスワイヤであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の位置検出器。
- 前記誘導コイル(SPまたはSP1)を使用して再磁化方向が測定され、前記追加のセンサ要素(SE)に関連して前記強磁性要素(FE)の再磁化がトリガされる方向が判定されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の位置検出器。
- 前記追加のセンサ要素(SE)は、前記強磁性要素(FE)を覆う第2誘導コイル(SP2)であり、前記強磁性要素(FE)の再磁化がトリガされる方向を判定するのに使用されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の位置検出器。
- 前記追加のセンサ要素(SE)は、前記励磁器磁石(EM)の極性を測定するか、または位置を判定するためのホールセンサ(HS)であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の位置検出器。
- 前記励磁器磁石(EM)の極性および運動方向を判定するための、時点(TS)で利用可能な完全な情報のセットは、前記不揮発性メモリ内のデータならびに前記誘導コイル(SP1,SP2)の出力端子(22,23)の信号または前記誘導コイル(SP)の前記出力端子(22)と前記ホールセンサ(HS)の前記出力端子(24)の信号からなることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の位置検出器。
- 前記強磁性要素(FE)の軸は前記励磁器磁石(EM)の運動方向に平行であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の位置検出器。
- 前記強磁性要素(FE)の軸は前記励磁器磁石(EM)の運動方向に垂直であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の位置検出器。
- 磁束を案内し、かつ/または束にするための少なくとも1つの強磁性磁束伝導片(FL1および/またはFL2)が前記強磁性要素(FE)に割り当てられることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の位置検出器。
- 前記評価回路(30)のためのエネルギー供給は、位置および/または極性を検出するのに使用される前記誘導コイル(SP,SP1,SP2)によって送出される信号から取得できることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の位置検出器。
- 前記評価回路(30)は少なくとも1つのカウンタ(38)、不揮発性メモリユニット(36)、およびコンデンサ(C)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の位置検出器。
- 前記不揮発性メモリユニット(36)はFRAMおよび/またはEEPROMユニットであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の位置検出器。
- 前記コイル(SP/SP1)のうちの1つには、前記強磁性要素(FE)へのバイアス印加を引き起こすかあるいは前記バイアス印加を継続するのに役立つ外部電流パルスを供給できることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項12の1つ以上に記載の位置検出器。
