- 酪農組成物が、前記ヨーグルトの少なくとも40%(重量/重量)を占める請求項1又は2記載のヨーグルト。
- 1又は複数の乳汁成分が、前記ヨーグルトの少なくとも40%(重量/重量)を占める請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載のヨーグルト。
- 酪農組成物に、微生物により生成されるヒアルロン酸を添加することを含んで成る請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載のヨーグルトの製造方法。
- ヨーグルトの製造のための、微生物により生成されるヒアルロン酸の使用。
