Abstract
Description
liners)を製造するに適した組成物、より詳細には、エルカミド(erucamide)を含有しない組成物に関する。
本発明は、この上に示した問題を克服しようとして、(A)マトリックス重合体、共重合体もしくは重合体および/または共重合体の混合物[これはエルカミドを本質的に含有せずかつ不飽和アミドを本質的に含有しない](B)平均分子量が40,000以上のシロキサン[このシロキサンはベース(base)重合体1種または2種以上100部を基準にして0.01部以上から10部以下の量で存在]および(C)飽和アミド、酸化ポリエチレンまたはこれらの混合物を含んで成るスリップ助剤[このスリップ助剤は前記ベース重合体1種または2種以上100部を基準にして0.01部以上から8部以下の量で存在]を含んで成っていて容器のクロージャおよびクロージャ用シーラントで用いるに適した組成物を提供する。
典型的な態様の詳細な説明
この上に要約したように、典型的な組成物は、マトリックス重合体、シリコン滑剤およびスリップ助剤(飽和アミド、酸化ポリエチレンまたはこれらの混合物を有する)を含んで成る。
用シーラントで用いるに適した典型的なスリップ助剤組成物は、シリコン[例えばシロキサン、オルガノシロキサン、例えば平均分子量が40,000以上のポリ(ジメチル)シロキサンなど、前記シリコンを前記ベース重合体1種または2種以上100部を基準にして0.01部以上から10部以下の量で存在させる]および飽和アミド、酸化ポリエチレンまたはこれらの混合物を含んで成るスリップ助剤[前記スリップ助剤を前記ベース重合体1種または2種以上100部を基準にして0.01部以上から8部以下の量で存在させる]を含んで成る。

Claims (21)
- 組成物であって、
(A)エルカミドを本質的に含有せずかつ不飽和アミドを本質的に含有しないマトリックス重合体、共重合体もしくはこれらの混合物、
(B)平均分子量が40,000以上のシリコン滑剤、および
(C)飽和アミド、酸化ポリエチレンまたはこれらの混合物を含んで成るスリップ助剤、を含んで成っていて前記シリコンが前記マトリックス重合体1種または2種以上100部を基準にして0.01部以上から10部以下の量で存在しかつ前記スリップ助剤が前記成分(A)100部を基準にして0.01部以上から8部以下の量で存在する組成物。 - 前記成分Aが熱可塑性重合体、例えばポリエチレンまたはエチレンと他の低級アルケンの共重合体、ポリプロピレン、熱可塑性ゴム、エチレンとプロピレンの共重合体、酸による修飾を受けたエチレンプロピレン共重合体、スチレンブタジエンゴム、カルボキシル化スチレンブタジエン、ポリイソプレン、スチレンイソプレンスチレンブロック共重合体、スチレンブタジエンスチレンブロック共重合体、スチレンエチレンブチレンスチレンブロック共重合体、ポリスチレンブロックポリエチレン/プロピレン共重合体、ポリスチレンブロックポリエチレンプロピレンポリスチレン共重合体、ポリスチレンブロックポリエチレンエチレンプロピレンスチレン共重合体、ポリスチレン、エチレンと酢酸ビニルの共重合体および三元重合体、エチレンとアクリレートの共重合体および三元重合体、エチレンとビニルアルコールの共重合体、ブチルゴム、エチレンと酸の共重合体、ポリ塩化ビニル重合体などを含んで成っていて前記重合体または共重合体が前記成分(A)の100%である請求項1記載の組成物。
- 前記マトリックス重合体がエチレンと酢酸ビニルの共重合体を含んで成っていて、それが前記成分(A)100部を基準にして5部以上から100部以下の量で存在する請求項1記載の組成物。
- 前記マトリックス重合体が更にエチレン、プロピレンまたはこれらの混合物も含んで成る請求項3記載の組成物。
- 前記マトリックス重合体が更にエチレンとプロピレンの共重合体も含んで成る請求項4記載の組成物。
- 前記シリコンがポリ(ジメチル)シロキサンである請求項1記載の組成物。
- 前記シリコンがシロキサンおよびオルガノシロキサンから成る群から選択される請求項1記載の組成物。
- 前記スリップ助剤が飽和アミドである請求項1記載の組成物。
- 前記スリップ助剤が酸化ポリエチレンである請求項1記載の組成物。
- 前記スリップ助剤が飽和アミドと酸化ポリエチレンの両方を含んで成る請求項1記載の組成物。
- 前記スリップ助剤がベヘナミド、ステアラミド、アラキダミド、パルミタミド、ミリスタミド、ラウラミドおよびエチレンビス−ステアラミドから成る群から選択される飽和アミドである請求項1記載の組成物。
- 前記スリップ助剤が示すヨウ素価が10以下である請求項11記載の組成物。
- 前記スリップ助剤が示すヨウ素価が5以下である請求項11記載の組成物。
- 前記飽和アミドがステアラミドである請求項11記載の組成物。
- 前記飽和アミドがベヘナミドである請求項11記載の組成物。
- 前記スリップ助剤が酸化ポリエチレンホモ重合体である請求項1記載の組成物。
- 飲料用容器に成形されている請求項1記載の組成物。
- 飲料用容器のクロージャに成形されている請求項1記載の組成物。
- 前記飲料用容器のクロージャがプラスチック製キャップである請求項17記載の組成物。
- キャップのライナーに成形されている請求項1記載の組成物。
- 容器のクロージャおよびクロージャ用シーラントで用いるに適したスリップ助剤組成物であって、
平均分子量が40,000以上のシリコン滑剤、および
飽和アミド、酸化ポリエチレンまたはこれらの混合物を含んで成るスリップ助剤、
を含んで成っていて前記シリコンがベース重合体1種または2種以上100部を基準にして0.01部以上から10部以下の量で存在しかつ前記スリップ助剤がベース重合体1種または2種以上100部を基準にして0.01部以上から8部以下の量で存在するスリップ助剤組成物。
