Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、微噴霧化装置であって、液体貯留槽、液体を噴霧化領域に供給するための液体供給ライン、噴霧化された液体粒子流が、噴霧化領域から逸出する際に通過する噴霧化領域からの出力開口を有する微噴霧化装置に関する。本発明によれば、出力開口は、液体貯留槽において、液面上に開口し、液体貯留槽は、出力開口から進入する噴霧化液体粒子の一部が貯留槽を脱出する際に通過する噴霧化液体粒子の脱出開口を有する。要すれば随意に、装置は、噴霧化領域にノズル、および液体貯留槽において外気に対する開口を備える外気導入管を有する。

Claims (10)
- 微噴霧化装置(200)であって、液体容器(100)と、該液体を噴霧化領域(130)に配送する配送管(120)と、噴霧化された液体粒子流が、噴霧化領域から逸出する際に通過する噴霧化領域の逸出開口(180)を有する噴霧化装置であって、前記逸出開口(180)は、液体容器において、液面の上に末端を形成し、液体容器は、逸出開口から逸出する噴霧化液体粒子の一部が容器を脱出する際に通過する噴霧化液体粒子の放出開口(195)を有することを特徴とする微噴霧化装置。
- 前記装置は、微噴霧化ベンチュリー管(160)であって、圧縮空気導入管(110)、該空気導入管および液体配送管は、それぞれ、少なくとも1個のノズル末端を、噴霧化領域に向けて形成することを特徴とし、噴霧化領域では、空気導入管から進入する加圧空気によって液体配送管から進入する液体が噴霧化され、および、圧縮空気導入管ノズル(115)に対する液体配送管ノズル(125)の位置を調節する調節手段(170)を有するベンチュリー管を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の微噴霧化装置。
- 前記装置は、噴霧化領域にノズル(145)を備えるフリーエアー導入管(140)、および、液体容器(100)に開放空気開口(141)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2いずれかに記載の微噴霧化装置。
- 前記装置は、噴霧化領域(130)にノズル(145)を備える空気吸引管(140)、空気吸引管の別の開口(142)に陰圧センサー(230)、および、前記センサーから送られ、吸引管内部の陰圧を示す信号に対する処理手段(240)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の微噴霧化装置。
- 前記吸引管は、液体容器(100)中に開放空気開口(141)をさらに有することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の微噴霧化装置。
- 微噴霧化法であって、噴霧化される液体を容器に吸引する吸引工程(310)と、噴霧化される液体を噴霧化領域(130)に注入する注入工程(320)を含む方法であって、該方法は、噴霧化領域から噴霧化液体粒子を、前記容器の中に、前記容器の液面上において放射する放射工程(330)、前記噴霧化液体粒子の一部を容器から脱出させる脱出工程(340)をさらに含むことを特徴とする微噴霧化法。
- 前記方法は、容器中に空気を吸引する空気吸引工程(350)、および、容器中に吸引された空気を噴霧化領域に注入する注入工程(360)をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の微噴霧化法。
- 前記方法は、噴霧化領域の圧を測定するための測定工程(370)、および前記測定値を処理する処理工程(380)をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項6または7のいずれかに記載の微噴霧化法。
- 前記処理工程(380)において、圧測定値が指定の変動基準を満たしている場合、エアーコンプレッサー(210)の操作が停止されるか、または、警告信号が発せられることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の微噴霧化法。
- 前記測定工程(370)は、開放空気開口(141)、および噴霧化領域(130)にノズル(145)を備える吸引管(140)に配した陰圧センサー(230)によって実行されることを特徴とする、請求項8または9のいずれかに記載の微噴霧化法。
