白金含有ディーゼル酸化触媒の窒素酸化物の変換率を空間速度90000h−1で測定した。選択的接触還元に必要なアンモニアは酸化触媒の上流でモデルガス混合物に添加した。
次にSCR触媒の窒素酸化物変換率を空間速度30000h−1で測定した。選択的接触還元に必要なアンモニアはプレ触媒とSCR触媒の間でモデルガス混合物に添加した。
この例では酸化触媒とSCR触媒を連続に接続し、SCR触媒に関して30000h−1の空間速度で充填した。選択的接触還元に必要なアンモニアをすべての温度測定位置に関して酸化触媒の上流でモデルガス混合物に添加した。
この例は酸化触媒とSCR触媒の連続接続を調べた。しかしこの場合に選択的接触還元に必要なアンモニアを酸化触媒の上流で250℃より低い温度でモデルガス混合物に添加し、酸化触媒とSCR触媒の間に250℃より高い温度でモデルガス混合物に添加した。

Claims (14)
- リーン燃焼内燃機関の排ガスからアンモニアを使用する選択的接触還元(SCR)により窒素酸化物を除去する方法において、排ガスをまず白金含有プレ触媒に供給し、引き続きSCR触媒に供給し、プレ触媒の上流の排ガスが排ガス温度TEを有し、白金含有プレ触媒が排ガスに含まれる煤粒子のためのフィルター機能を有し、予め決定された温度T1より低い排ガス温度TEで、プレ触媒の上流でアンモニアを直接またはアンモニアに加水分解可能な化合物の形で排ガスに供給し、T1より高い排ガス温度TEで、排ガスへのアンモニアの供給がプレ触媒の上流の供給からプレ触媒とSCR触媒の間の供給に変化することを特徴とするリーン燃焼内燃機関の排ガスから窒素酸化物を除去する方法。
- アンモニア供給を変化するための温度T1が220〜270℃である請求項1記載の方法。

- 第2配量装置とSCR触媒の間に加水分解触媒が配置されている請求項7記載の排ガス浄化装置。
- SCR触媒の下流に酸化触媒が配置されている請求項7記載の排ガス浄化装置。
- 酸化触媒がSCR触媒の出口側に被膜の形で存在し、高い表面積の担体上に白金を有する請求項11記載の排ガス浄化装置。
- プレ触媒が酸化アルミニウム、酸化珪素、酸化チタン、酸化ジルコニウム、酸化セリウム、ゼオライトまたはこれらの混合物または混合酸化物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1個の高い表面積の担体に白金を有し、付加的に排ガス粒子の発火温度を低下する成分を含有する請求項12記載の排ガス浄化装置。
- 排ガスの温度のための温度センサーがプレ触媒の上流に配置される請求項7記載の排ガス浄化装置。
