Abstract
Description
Claims (17)
- 磁界検知セル(10、310)と、エアギャップ(20)で分離され、その凹部(11)内に配置された磁界検知セルを取り囲む、少なくとも2つの部分(12、112、212、412)からなる磁気遮蔽体(9、109、209、409)とを備える磁界センサー。
- 前記の磁界検知セルが、測定する磁気信号の関数である出力信号を作成できるよう、磁界検知セルの電気信号を作成し処理する回路に接続されたコイル(16)が取り囲む軟磁性コア(17、317)を備える、請求項1記載の磁界センサー。
- さらに、前記の磁気遮蔽体のスロット孔(13、113、213)からその内部まで延びており、前記の検知セルのコイル(16)に接続されたフレキシブル回路(14、214)を備える、前出の請求項のいずれか記載の磁界センサー。
- 前記の磁界検知セルの軟磁性コアが、単数または複数の軟磁性材のリボンである、請求項2または3記載の磁界センサー。
- 前記の磁界検知セルの軟磁性コアが、束にされた軟磁性材の細い複数のワイヤー線である、請求項2または3記載の磁界センサー。
- 前記の磁気遮蔽体が、中心軸に対してほぼ軸対称形状をもち、前記の中心軸が磁界の磁束線にほぼ平行となるよう計測すべき磁界内に配置されている、前出の請求項のいずれか記載の磁界センサー。
- 前記の磁気遮蔽体のエアギャップが、ほぼ平坦であり、磁束線に垂直である、前出の請求項のいずれか記載の磁界センサー。
- 前記の磁気遮蔽体が、その磁気遮蔽体内の渦電流を低減するための縦方向スロット孔(13、113、213、413)を備える、前出の請求項のいずれか記載の磁界センサー。
- 前記の磁気遮蔽体が、シート状金属から少なくとも部分的にプレス成形されている、前出の請求項のいずれか記載の磁界センサー。
- 一次側導電体(1)内を流れる電流値Ipを測定する電流センサーあって、エアギャップ(6)をもつ磁気回路(3)と、前記のエアギャップ内に配置された、前出の請求項のいずれか記載の磁界センサーとを備える、電流センサー。
- 前記の磁気回路が、一次側導電体を取り囲む軟磁性材のコア(5)からなり、前記のコアの両端面(27a、27b)が、磁気コアの外面側のエアギャップの幅を削減するための延長部(28a、28b)を有する、前出の請求項に記載の電流センサー。
- さらに、変圧器効果による高周波電流を測定するための磁気コアの周囲に巻き付けた二次側導電体(8)を備える、前出の2つの請求項のいずれかに記載の電流センサー。
- さらに、その上面に導電パターンを設けたセラミックまたはその他の素材でできた回路基板(22)を備える、前出の3つの請求項のいずれか記載の電流センサー。
- 前記の磁界回路(3)が、回路基板上に直接に固定されている、前出の請求項記載の電流センサー。
- 前記の磁界センサー(4、104、204、304、404)が、回路基板上に直接に固定されている、前出の請求項記載の電流センサー。
- 前記の磁界センサーのフレキシブル回路(14、214、414)が、センサーの入力信号や出力信号を処理するため、回路基板上に載置されたASIC(23)に、その磁界センサーを接続する回路基板上の導電パターンに、電気的に接続されている、前出の請求項記載の電流センサー。
- 前記の二次側巻線(8)の導電線が、前記の磁気コア(5)の一部分の上方に配置されたU字形状(26)に構成されており、前記の回路基板(22)の回路パターンに接続している、前出の請求項記載の電流センサー。
