Claims (3)
- 導体を流れる電流を計測する電流センサであり、
前記導体を囲むリング形状をなしているとともに、当該リング形状の一か所が分断されてギャップが形成されている集磁コアと、
夫々が磁電変換素子を収容しており、前記ギャップに配置されている2個のセンサチップと、
を備えており、
前記磁電変換素子は、前記集磁コアの前記ギャップに面する端面の法線方向からみて前記センサチップのチップ中心からずれて配置されており、
2個の前記センサチップは、感磁方向が前記法線方向に延びるように配置されているとともに、前記法線方向からみて、前記端面の中心(端面中心)に対して前記磁電変換素子の位置を含めて点対称になるように配置されている、または、前記端面中心を通る直線に対して前記磁電変換素子の位置を含めて線対称になるように配置されている、電流センサ。 - 2個の前記磁電変換素子の出力差が所定の閾値を超えたときにエラー信号を出力するセンサコントローラをさらに備えている請求項1に記載の電流センサ。
- 2個の前記センサチップは、前記ギャップを通る磁束に対して正値を出力する感磁方向がお互いに逆方向を向くように配置されている、請求項2に記載の電流センサ。
