Abstract
Description
最初に天然繊維を水中に分散させるステップと、
次に、このようにして得られた水性分散物を、形成中もしくは既に製造済みの下カード・ウェブの上に置くステップと、
次に下ウェブを通して余分な水をろ過するステップと、
次にウォータ・ジェットを使用して上ウェブの繊維と下ウェブの繊維を織り交ぜるステップと、
最後に、得られた複合不織布を乾燥させた後、巻き取るステップと
を特徴としている。
形成中または既に製造済みの下カード・ウェブを輸送するためのコンベヤと、
コンベヤの上方に配置された、天然繊維からなる水性分散物の含有を意図したヘッド・ボックスと、
コンベヤの下方に配置された、水性分散物が下ウェブの上に置かれた際の余分な水の除去を意図したサクション手段と、
コンベヤの下流側の上方に配置された、上ウェブの繊維と下ウェブの繊維を織り交ぜるためのウォータ・ジェットによる結合手段と、
コンベヤの下流側に配置された、複合物を乾燥させる手段と、
完成した乾燥複合物を巻き取る手段と
を備えている。
Claims (20)
- 2つのウェブから構成される複合不織布の製造方法であって、2つのウェブはそれぞれ、サイズが15mmから80mmまでの長い人工繊維および/または合成繊維を含む下ウェブと、サイズが0.5mmから8mmまでの短い天然繊維を含む上ウェブとである複合不織布の製造方法において、オン・ラインで、
最初に前記天然繊維を水中に分散させるステップと、
次に、このようにして得られた水性分散物を、形成中または既に製造済みの下カード・ウェブの上に置くステップと、
次に前記下ウェブを通して余分な水をろ過するステップと、
次にウォータ・ジェットを使用して前記上ウェブの繊維と前記下ウェブの繊維とを織り交ぜるステップと、
最後に、得られた複合不織布を乾燥させ、その後で巻き取るステップと
を特徴とする複合不織布の製造方法。 - 前記人工または合成繊維が、ビスコース繊維、ポリエステル繊維、ポリプロピレン繊維、ポリアミド繊維、ポリアクリル系繊維、ポリビニル・アルコール繊維およびポリエチレン繊維それ自体またはその混合物を含むグループから選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記下ウェブを構成している前記繊維が1.7以上のdtex度を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記下ウェブの質量が少なくとも25g/m2であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記上ウェブの繊維と前記下ウェブの繊維の織り交ぜステップが、2個から12個までの数のウォータ・ジェットによって得られ、前記各ウォータ・ジェットが多孔板を備え、前記各多孔板は、1列または2列の、直径が80マイクロメートルから160マイクロメートルまでの孔を有し、前記各列の前記孔の間隔が0.4〜1.8mmであり、前記列と列の間隔が0.5〜2mmであり、各インジェクタは、20バールから140バールまでの圧力の水を供給されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記下ウェブがオン・ラインで形成されるとき、前記水性溶液の付着に先立って前記下ウェブが予結合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記下ウェブの重量が、前記複合物の重量で30%から70%までであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記天然繊維がセルロース繊維であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記上ウェブが、ウェブの重量で少なくとも50%の重量の合成繊維をさらに含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記上ウェブの重量が、前記複合物の重量で30%から70%までであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記上ウェブの繊維がセルロース繊維のみであり、前記繊維の前記水性分散物中の濃度が0.5g/lから10g/lまでであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 乾燥に先立って、前記複合物にエンボス・ステップが施されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 巻取りに先立って、前記複合物に軟化ステップが施されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 請求項1から請求項13までのいずれか一項に記載の方法目的を実行するための設備。
- 2つのウェブから構成される複合サポートを製造するための設備であって、2つのウェブはそれぞれ、サイズが15mmから80mmまでの長い人工繊維および/または合成繊維を含む下ウェブと、サイズが0.5mmから8mmまでの短い天然繊維を含む上ウェブとである複合サポートの製造設備において、
形成中または既に製造済みの下カード・ウェブを輸送するためのコンベヤ(3)と、
前記コンベヤ(3)の上方に配置されたヘッド・ボックス(4)であって、前記天然繊維を有する水性分散物を含むためのヘッド・ボックス(4)と、
前記コンベヤ(3)の下方に配置されたサクション手段であって、前記水性分散物が前記下ウェブの上に置かれた結果の余分な水を除去するためのサクション手段と、
前記コンベヤの上方で、前記ヘッド・ボックス(4)の下流側に配置されたウォータ・ジェット(5)による、前記上ウェブの繊維と前記下ウェブの繊維とを織り交ぜるための結合手段と、
前記コンベヤ(3)の下流側に配置された前記複合物を乾燥させる手段(9)と、
前記乾燥された複合物を巻き取る手段(11)と
を特徴とする複合サポートの製造設備。 - 複数の多孔板を備えた複数の水力インジェクタの形態のウォータ・ジェット(5)による結合手段を有し、前記各多孔板は、1列または2列の、直径が80マイクロメートルから160マイクロメートルまでの孔を有し、前記各列の前記孔の間隔が0.4〜1.8mmであり、前記列と列の間隔が0.5〜2mmであり、インジェクタの数が2個から12個までの間であり、20バールから140バールまでの圧力を供給されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の複合サポートの製造設備。
- 前記コンベヤ(3)の上流に配置された、前記下ウェブを製造する手段(1)を有することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の複合サポートの製造設備。
- 前記下ウェブを製造する手段(1)と前記コンベヤ(3)との間に、前記ウェブの予湿潤ランプ(2a)と、周囲に水力インジェクタ(2c)が配置されたサポート・ロール(2b)とを有する水力予結合ユニット(2)を有することを特徴とする請求項17に記載の複合サポートの製造設備。
- 前記乾燥ユニット(9)の前に、ワイヤで被覆されたサクション・ロール(6a)からなる水力エンボス・カレンダ(6)を有し、その表面がエンボス設計および中空を有しており、前記ロールが、その表面の周りに配置された水力インジェクタ(6b)と関連付けられていることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の複合サポートの製造設備。
- 前記巻取り手段(11)の前に軟化デバイス(10)をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の複合サポートの製造設備。
