Abstract
Description
密度0.950g/cm3および0.956g/cm3、ならびに溶融流量MFR(190℃/2.16kg)0.3g/10分(ISO 1133に従って測定)をもつHDPE生成物を、それぞれ気相流動床生産反応器において、生産量20t/時、反応器温度115.5℃および反応器圧力2.1MPa(21バール)で製造した。触媒としてはチタン化クロム触媒(シリカゲル担持、粒径:50μm)を用いた。
密度0.937g/cm3または0.942g/cm3、および溶融流量MFR(190℃/21.6kg)6または12g/10分(ISO 1133に従って測定)をもつポリエチレンを、気相流動床生産反応器において、生産量25t/時、反応器温度113または114.5℃および反応器圧力2.1MPa(21バール)で製造した。触媒としてはクロム触媒(シリカゲル担持)を用いた。
密度0.918g/cm3および溶融流量MFR(190℃/2.16kg)1〜4g/10分(ISO 1133に従って測定)をもつポリエチレンを、気相流動床パイロットプラント反応器において、生産量55kg/時、反応器温度85〜92℃および反応器圧力2.1MPa(21バール)で製造した。触媒としてはシリカゲルに担持させた高活性メタロセン触媒を用いた。
密度0.937g/cm3および溶融流量MFR(190℃/21.6kg)11〜13g/10分(ISO 1133に従って測定)をもつポリエチレンを、気相流動床パイロットプラント反応器(反応器直径0.5m)において、生産量60kg/時、反応器圧力2.1MPaおよび反応器温度113℃で製造した。触媒としてはクロム触媒(シリカゲル担持、平均粒子直径:50μm)を用いた。

Claims (17)
- 少なくとも1種類の固体粒状の触媒および/または加工助剤を、少なくとも部分的にガス状の媒質中における粒子の流動床(11)を含む反応器(5)に計量添加する方法であって、触媒および/または加工助剤を規定の時間間隔で不連続的に少なくとも1つの計量添加地点(10)において流動床(11)に計量添加し、その際、それぞれの場合、計量添加地点(10)の周囲の流動床(11)内に粒子密度の低下した領域が形成されるように流体流を反応器(5)に導入し、次いで触媒および/または加工助剤をこの領域へ計量添加する方法。
- 流体流がガス流である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 流体流が液体流であり、反応器(5)内を支配する条件下でこの液体が気化する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 粒子密度の低下した領域が0.1g/cm3未満、特に0.01g/cm3未満の低下した粒子密度を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 粒子密度の低下した領域が実質的に粒子を含まない、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 流体流を不連続的に0.5〜60秒間導入し、この流体流の導入開始後、0.5〜3秒遅れて触媒を計量添加する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 流体流を連続的に導入する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- α−オレフィンの重合に適した少なくとも1種類のさらさらした固体触媒を使用する、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 流体流が、C2−C3−アルカンおよびN2よりなる群のうち1種類以上の不活性ガスにより形成される、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 触媒を反応器(5)の内壁(9)から少なくとも1cmの距離(x)において導入する、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 触媒を流体流により反応器(5)に導入する、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 流体流を触媒の計量添加地点(10)の周りに本質的に同軸で反応器(5)に導入し、触媒を計量添加地点(10)で他の流体流により導入する、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 流体流を反応器(5)の内壁(9)から少なくとも1cmの距離(y)において導入する、請求項12に記載の方法。
- エチレンおよびプロピレンのホモポリマーおよびコポリマーを製造するための連続重合方法であって、エチレン、プロペン、またはエチレンもしくはプロペンおよび他のC2−C8−α−オレフィンを含む混合物を30〜150℃および圧力0.5〜6MPaで、触媒の存在下に、微細に分割されたポリマーの流動床(11)を含む気相流動床反応器(5)内で重合させ、その際、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の触媒および/または加工助剤の計量添加方法を使用する方法。
- 請求項10〜13のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実施するための、下記のものを含む装置:
−反応器ガス中における粒子の流動床(11)を含む気相流動床反応器(5)であって、本質的に反応器ガスの流動方向に対して平行に配置されて流動床の範囲を定める壁(9)を有する反応器(5)、
−少なくとも1種類の触媒および/または加工助剤を貯蔵するための少なくとも1つの溜めユニット(1a)、
−触媒および/または加工助剤の一部を規定量で供給するための分配ユニット(1b)であって、溜めユニット(1a)に第1接続ライン(7a)により接続されたもの、
−触媒および/または加工助剤の一部を少なくとも1つの計量添加地点(10)において反応器(5)の流動床に導入するための弁ユニット(1c)であって、分配ユニット(1b)に第2接続ライン(7b)により接続され、かつ反応器(5)に計量添加地点(10)において接続された弁ユニット(1c)、
−流体、特に不活性ガスを、溜めユニット(1a)および第2接続ライン(7b)へ供給できる、流体供給ライン(8a、8b)、
その際、計量添加地点(10)は反応器(5)の壁(9)から少なくとも1cmの距離にある。 - 計量添加地点(10)が反応器(5)の壁(9)から2〜100cmの距離にある、請求項15に記載の装置。
- 流体流のためのさらに少なくとも1つの計量添加地点(12)を、触媒および/または加工助剤の計量添加地点(10)の周りに本質的に環状に設けた、請求項15または16に記載の装置。
