Abstract

"MéTODO DE MEDIçãO DE PELO MENOS UM CATALISADOR PARTICULADO SóLIDO E/OU UM AUXILIAR DE PROCESSO EM UM REATOR CONTENDO UM LEITO FLUIDIZADO DE PARTìCULAS, PROCESSO DE POLIMERIZAçãO CONTìNUA PARA A PREPARAçãO DE HOMOPOLìMEROS OU COPOLìMEROS DE ETILENO OU PROPILENO, E, APARELHO PARA REALIZAR O MéTODO". A invenção refere-se a um método de medição de pelo menos um catalisador particulado sólido em um reator contendo um leito fluidizado (11) de partículas em um meio pelo menos parcialmente gasoso, em que o catalisador é medido descontinuamente em intervalos de tempo previstos no leito fluidizado (11) em pelo menos um ponto de medição (10). De acordo com a presente invenção, uma corrente de fluido é primeiramente introduzida no reator (5) de forma que uma região tendo uma densidade de partícula reduzida seja formada no leito fluidizado (11) em torno do ponto de medição, e o catalisador é subseqüentemente medido nesta região. Como resultado da introdução prévia de uma corrente de fluido (pré-sopramento) antes da introdução real do catalisador, o catalisador pode penetrar significativamente mais profundamente no leito fluidizado a partir do ponto de medição devido à densidade de partículas reduzida, e é melhor dispersado.
