BIOPar(R) 9312/23 : 30 % のEcoFlex FBX 7011 (MFI 10)を含有する。
BIOPar(R)9313/24 : 20 % のEcoFlex FBX 7011 (MFI 10)を含有する。
- 押出機 A: Ecoflex FBX 7011外側層用のVarex(R), 60.30 D ;
- 押出機 B:BIOPar7 9345-30 中間層用の Varex(R), 90.30 D(LTS スクリュー 37021001装備);
- 押出機 C:Ecoflex FBX 7011内側層用の Varex(R), 60.30 D ;
- 顆粒物質の計量供給装置および特別な混合および均一化領域を備えた搬送スク リューおよび篩交換器(screen changers);
- 280 mmのダイス内径、0.8mmの間隙幅を有する三層フィルムのためのブローフィル ム-ダイス

Claims (23)
- それぞれ少なくとも1枚の
a)1%より多く10%までの水を含有する変性された熱可塑性澱粉ブレンドよりなる澱粉ブレンド層および
b)生分解性ポリエステルよりなるポリエステル層
よりなる同時押出成形によって得られる多層フィルムにおいて、澱粉ブレンド層が少なくとも2種類のランダムな繰返モノマー単位よりなるポリヒドロキシアルカノエートコポリマーを含有しておらず、その際に第一のモノマーが構造式(I)
[式中、R1がHまたはClまたはC2−アルキル基であり、nは1または2である。]
を有しそして第二のモノマーが構造式 (II)
[式中、R2はC3〜C19−アルキルまたはC3〜C19アルケニル基である。]
を有するかまたは第二のモノマーは構造式 (III):
[式中、mは2〜9である。]
で表されることを特徴とする、上記多層フィルム。 - 澱粉ブレンド層が2種類のポリエステル層で囲われている、請求項1に記載の多層フィルム。
- 変性された熱可塑性澱粉ブレンドが以下の成分:
− 30〜75%の澱粉、
− 2〜10%の水、
− 10〜50%の生分解性ポリエステル、
− 5〜20%の相容化剤、
− 10%までの可塑剤および
− 3%までの加工助剤
よりなる、請求項1または2に記載の多層フィルム。 - 生分解性ポリエステルがモノマーとしてのジヒドロキシ化合物およびジカルボン酸よ
りなる請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の多層フィルム。 - モノマーがブタンジオール、アジピン酸およびテレフタル酸;またはブタンジオール、コハク酸およびアジピン酸である請求項4に記載の多層フィルム。
- ポリエステル層がポリラクチドまたはポリラクチドと他のポリエステルとのブレンドまたはポリ酢酸ビニルを含有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の多層フィルム。
- 相容化剤がブロック状態で配置された親水性基および疎水性基を有しているポリマー成分を含有する、請求項3に記載の多層フィルム。
- 相容化剤がブロック状態で鹸化されている鹸化されたポリ酢酸ビニルを含有する、請求項7に記載の多層フィルム。
- 可塑剤がグリセリンである、請求項3に記載の多層フィルム。
- フィルムの総厚が10μm〜300μmの範囲内にある、請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の多層フィルム。
- ポリエステル層の厚さが1μm〜100μmの間である、請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載の多層フィルム。
- 澱粉ブレンド層の厚さが5μm〜250μmである、請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載の多層フィルム。
- 澱粉ブレンド層がポリエステル層の2倍〜10倍厚い、請求項1〜12のいずれか一つに記載の多層フィルム。
- 同時押出成形、好ましくはブロー押出成形によって請求項1の多層フィルムを製造する方法において、それぞれ少なくとも1種類のa)変性された熱可塑性澱粉ブレンドの層およびb)生分解性ポリエステルの層で構成されており、澱粉ブレンド層およびポリエステル層の各材料が同時押出成形の際に似ている溶融特性および粘度特性を有しそして澱粉ブレンド層が1%より多く10%までの水を含有することを特徴とする、上記方法。
- 内側層および外側層の材料が130℃および10kgの荷重で10分当たり4〜10gのMFI値粘度および160℃および10kgの荷重で10分当たり5g〜40gのMFI値を有する、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 澱粉ブレンドの温度を90℃〜140℃に維持する、請求項14または15に記載の方法。
- ポリエステルの温度を110〜150℃の間に維持するかまたはポリエステル層のためにポリラクチド類を使用する場合には150〜190℃の間に維持する、請求項14〜16のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 1:2〜1:5のブロー比および8〜30m/分の取り出し速度である、請求項14〜17のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- フィルムを押出成形後に延伸する、請求項14〜18のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- フィルムが40〜80℃の温度で延伸される、請求項19に記載の方法。
- フィルムを1:5の比で延伸する、請求項19または20に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか一つに記載の多層フィルムの包装材料としての用途。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか一つに記載の多層フィルムの食品用包装材料としての用途。
