Abstract

Det beskrives en biologisk nedbrytbar flersjiktsfolie med innstillbare barriereegenskaper overfor oksygen, nitrogen, karbondioksid og vanndamp, for anvendelse i emballasjeområdet og særlig for næringsmidler, eller i landbruk. Det beskrives videre en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling derav. Den beskrevne flersjiktsfolie kan oppnås ved koekstrudering av minst ett stivelsesblandingssjikt av en modifisert, termoplastisk stivelsesblanding som inneholder over 1 % og opp til 10 % vann, og et polyestersjikt bestående av en biologisk nedbrytbar polyester.
