Abstract
Description
基層の厚さは、フィルムの総厚さと適用されたトップ層および中間層厚さとの差から得られるため、総厚さと同じように広範に様々である。
Claims (21)
- 1つの基層と少なくとも1つのトップ層との多層の透明な二軸延伸フィルムであって、該トップ層は、少なくとも1種の脂肪族ヒドロキシカルボン酸のポリマーを少なくとも1種、および、トップ層の重量に対して0.002〜20重量%のデンプン系の粒子を含むことを特徴とする、上記フィルム。
- 1つの基層と少なくとも1つのトップ層との多層の不透明な二軸延伸フィルムであって、該トップ層は、少なくとも1種の脂肪族ヒドロキシカルボン酸のポリマーを少なくとも1種、および、トップ層の重量に対して0.002〜20重量%のデンプン系の粒子を含むことを特徴とする、上記フィルム。
- 前記デンプン系の粒子の含量が、トップ層の重量に対して0.01〜5重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のフィルム。
- 前記デンプン系の粒子が、ジャガイモデンプン、トウモロコシデンプン、または、コムギデンプンで構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 前記トップ層中のデンプン系の粒子が、1〜15μmの粒度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 前記デンプン系の粒子が、楕円形または球形を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 前記デンプンが、化工デンプンではないことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 前記デンプンが、化工デンプンであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 前記デンプン系の粒子が、化工ジャガイモデンプンで構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 前記トップ層が、70以上100重量%未満の脂肪族ヒドロキシカルボン酸のポリマーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 前記脂肪族ヒドロキシカルボン酸が、PLAであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 前記基層は透明であり、90以上100重量%未満のポリヒドロキシカルボン酸、好ましくはPLAを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 前記基層は不透明であり、発泡開始剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項2〜11のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 前記トップ層が、0.5〜10μmの厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 前記トップ層が、拡張性を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 縦方向だけに配向した基層と、少なくとも1つのトップ層との多層フィルムであって、該トップ層は、少なくとも1種の脂肪族ヒドロキシカルボン酸のポリマーを少なくとも1種、および、トップ層の重量に対して0.002〜20重量%のデンプン系の粒子を含むことを特徴とする、上記フィルム。
- 横方向だけに配向した基層と、少なくとも1つのトップ層との多層フィルムであって、該トップ層は、少なくとも1種の脂肪族ヒドロキシカルボン酸のポリマーを少なくとも1種、および、トップ層の重量に対して0.002〜20重量%のデンプン系の粒子を含むことを特徴とする、上記フィルム。
- 基層と少なくとも1つのトップ層との多層の配向していないフィルムであって、該トップ層は、少なくとも1種の脂肪族ヒドロキシカルボン酸のポリマーを少なくとも1種、および、トップ層の重量に対して0.002〜20重量%のデンプン系の粒子を含むことを特徴とする、上記フィルム。
- 包装フィルムとしての、請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載のフィルムの使用。
- ラベル用フィルムとしての、請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載のフィルムの使用。
- デンプン系の粒子が、押出機中で1〜15μmの粒度まで切断されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載のフィルムの製造方法。
