Abstract
Description
本発明は、未処理の木材成形体を、
A) C1〜C5−アルコール、ポリオール又はこれらの混合物で変性された1,3−ビス(ヒドロキシメチル)−4,5−ジヒドロキシイミダゾリジノン−2からなる含浸剤、及び
B) アンモニウム塩又は金属塩、有機酸又は無機酸又はこれらの混合物のグループからの触媒の水溶液で含浸し、乾燥し、引き続き高めた温度で硬化させることを特徴とする、高められた表面硬度及び低いホルムアルデヒド排出を示す木材成形体の製造方法に関する。
本発明の方法の場合に、含浸は真空の作用下で引き続き圧力の影響で実施することができる。この場合に、木材成形体は、含浸装置中で、木材成形体の寸法に応じて10〜100mbarの真空に10分〜2時間の器官、有利に約30分間さらされ、その後含浸剤が供給される。約50mbarの真空で約1時間が有利である。これとは別に、木材成形体は含浸装置中で、まず含浸剤に浸され、その後、10〜100mbarの真空に上記の期間さらすことができる。
適用例により、仕上げられた寄せ木張りの床の上層が処理された。この上層はブナからなることができ、他の含浸可能な木材の種類も同様に可能である。この方法工程は、単層の寄せ木張りの床の製造、板張りの床の製造並びに他の木材の種類からの製造のためにも同様に可能である。
木材のホルムアルデヒド含有量を、EN717 パート4によるフラッシュ法を用いて測定した
この適用例は、寸法500mm×30mm×30mmを有する上層から組み合わせたマツ材からなる中実木材板の製造を目的とする。

Claims (19)
- 未処理の木材成形体を、
A) C1〜C5−アルコール、ポリオール又はこれらの混合物で変性された1,3−ビス(ヒドロキシメチル)−4,5−ジヒドロキシイミダゾリジノン−2からなる含浸剤、及び
B) アンモニウム塩又は金属塩、有機酸又は無機酸又はこれらの混合物のグループからなる触媒の水溶液で含浸し、乾燥し、引き続き高められた温度で硬化させることを特徴とする、高められた表面硬度有する木材成形体の製造方法。 - 1,3−ビス(ヒドロキシメチル)−4,5−ジヒドロキシイミダゾリジノン−2、1,3−ジメチル−4,5−ジヒドロキシイミダゾリジノン−2、ジメチロール尿素、ビス(メトキシメチル)尿素、テトラメチロールアセチレン二尿素、1,3−ビス(ヒドロキシメチル)イミダゾリジノン−2、メチロールメチル尿素、又はこれらの混合物のグループからなる含浸剤C)を一緒に使用することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- C1〜C5−アルコール、ポリオール又はその混合物のグループからなる含浸剤D)を一緒に使用することを特徴とする、請求項1から2までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- メタノール、エタノール、n−プロパノール、イソ−プロパノール、n−ブタノール、n−ペンタノール、エチレングリコール、ジエチレングリコール、1,2−及び1,3−プロピレングリコール、1,2−、1,3−及び1,4−ブチレングリコール、グリセリン、式HO(CH2CH2O)nHのポリエチレングリコール(式中、nは3〜20を表す)又はこれらの混合物を一緒に使用することを特徴とする、請求項3記載の方法。
- メタノール、ジエチレングリコール又はこれらの混合物を一緒に使用することを特徴とする、請求項4記載の方法。
- 含浸剤A)及び場合によりC)及びD)を水溶液の形で1〜60質量%の濃度で使用することを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 触媒B)として、金属ハロゲン化物、金属硫酸塩、金属硝酸塩、金属テトラフルオロホウ酸塩、金属リン酸塩又はこれらの混合物のグループからなる金属塩を使用することを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 触媒B)として、塩化マグネシウム、硫酸マグネシウム、塩化亜鉛、塩化リチウム、臭化リチウム、三フッ化ホウ素、硫酸アルミニウム、塩化アルミニウム、硝酸亜鉛、テトラフルオロホウ酸ナトリウム又はこれらの混合物のグループからなる金属塩を使用することを特徴とする、請求項7記載の方法。
- 触媒B)として、塩化アンモニウム、硫酸アンモニウム、シュウ酸アンモニウム、リン酸二アンモニウム又はこれらの混合物のグループからなるアンモニウム塩を使用することを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 触媒B)として、マレイン酸、ギ酸、クエン酸、酒石酸、シュウ酸、p−トルエンスルホン酸、塩酸、硫酸、ホウ酸又はこれらの混合物のグループからなる有機酸又は無機酸を使用することを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 触媒B)として塩化マグネシウムを使用することを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 触媒B)を、含浸剤A)及び場合によるC)及びD)の量に対して0.1〜10質量%の濃度で使用することを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 含浸された木材成形体を20〜60℃の温度で乾燥させることを特徴とする、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 含浸されかつ乾燥された木材成形体を80〜170℃の温度で硬化させることを特徴とする、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 含浸されかつ乾燥された木材成形体を90〜150℃の温度で硬化させることを特徴とする、請求項14記載の方法。
- 含浸されかつ乾燥された木材成形体を10分〜72時間の期間にわたり硬化させることを特徴とする、請求項1から15までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 木材成形体を含浸及び乾燥後に固定し、硬化の間の木材成形体の形状の変化に対抗することを特徴とする、請求項1から16までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 木材成形体を加熱可能なプレス装置中で固定する、請求項17記載の方法。
- 請求項1から18までのいずれか1項記載の方法により得られた、高められた耐久性、寸法安定性及び表面硬度を有する木材成形体。
