Description
本発明は、高い耐久性、寸法安定性及び表面硬度を有する木材成形体の製造方法において、未処理の木材構造体を、
A) 1,3−ビス(ヒドロキシメチル)−4,5−ジヒドロキシイミドアゾリジノン−2、C1〜C5−アルコール、ポリオール又はこれらの混合物で変性された1,3−ビス(ヒドロキシメチル)−4,5−ジヒドロキシイミダゾリジノン−2、1,3−ジメチル−4,5−ジヒドロキシイミダゾリジノン−2、ジメチロール尿素、ビス(メトキシメチル)尿素、テトラメチロールアセチレン二尿素、1,3−ビス(ヒドロキシメチル)イミダゾリジノン−2、メチロールメチル尿素又はこれらの混合物のグループからなる含浸剤、及び
B) 金属塩又はアンモニウム塩、有機酸又は無機酸又はこれらの混合物のグループからなる触媒
の水溶液で含浸し、引き続き湿度条件を維持しながら高温で硬化させる、木材成形体の製造方法に関する。
マツ(Pinus radiata)から窓角材、つまり、窓枠の製造の際に使用することができる溝を付けた木材成形体を製造した。
このように処理された角材は、未処理の角材と比較して、空気湿度の変化の際の著しく減少した膨潤及び収縮(寸法安定性)を特徴とする。
マツからなる円形支柱を処理し、それにより杭を作成することができた。
杭の耐久性のために、腐敗(土壌接触)に対する抵抗性は極めて重要である。特に、生じる強度損失、例えばEモジュラスの損失は重要である。
ゴムノキ材からなる板を処理し、庭用家具又は庭用デッキを製造した。
土壌接触にはさらされない木材からなる庭用付属設備(家具及びデッキ)は、所定の菌類による分解及び非生物的風化にさらされる。木材を破壊する菌類に対する分解は、EN113比較可能に試験した:
ブナの中実の木材からなる階段用段板を製造した。この段板は1000mm×400mm×80mmの寸法を有していた。特別な価値は、この場合に階段用段板の高められた表面硬度におかれた。
木材試料の表面硬度は、ブリネル硬さ試験法EN1534を用いて測定した。
Claims (18)
- 高められた耐久性、寸法安定性及び表面硬度を有する木材成形体の製造方法において、未処理の木材構造体を、
A) 1,3−ビス(ヒドロキシメチル)−4,5−ジヒドロキシイミドアゾリジノン−2、C1〜C5−アルコール、ポリオール又はこれらの混合物で変性された1,3−ビス(ヒドロキシメチル)−4,5−ジヒドロキシイミダゾリジノン−2、1,3−ジメチル−4,5−ジヒドロキシイミダゾリジノン−2、ジメチロール尿素、ビス(メトキシメチル)尿素、テトラメチロールアセチレン二尿素、1,3−ビス(ヒドロキシメチル)イミダゾリジノン−2、メチロールメチル尿素又はこれらの混合物のグループからなる含浸剤、及び
B) 金属塩又はアンモニウム塩、有機酸又は無機酸又はこれらの混合物のグループからなる触媒
の水溶液で含浸し、引き続き湿度条件を維持しながら高温で硬化させることを特徴とする、木材成形体の製造方法。 - 含浸剤として、
A) 1,3−ビス(ヒドロキシメチル)−4,5−ジヒドロキシイミダゾリジノン−2、C1〜C5−アルコール、ポリオール又はこれらの混合物で変性された1,3−ビス(ヒドロキシメチル)−4,5−ジヒドロキシイミダゾリジノン−2又はこれらの混合物を使用することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。 - 含浸剤として、
A) C1〜C5−アルコール、ポリオール又はこれらの混合物で変性された1,3−ビス(ヒドロキシメチル)−4,5−ジヒドロキシイミダゾリジノン−2を使用することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の方法。 - C1〜C5−アルコール、ポリオール又はその混合物のグループからなる含浸剤C)を一緒に使用することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- メタノール、エタノール、n−プロパノール、イソ−プロパノール、n−ブタノール、n−ペンタノール、エチレングリコール、ジエチレングリコール、1,2−及び1,3−プロピレングリコール、1,2−、1,3−及び1,4−ブチレングリコール、グリセリン、式HO(CH2CH2O)nHのポリエチレングリコール(前記式中、nは3〜20を表す)又はこれらの混合物を一緒に使用することを特徴とする、請求項4記載の方法。
- メタノール、ジエチレングリコール又はこれらの混合物を一緒に使用することを特徴とする、請求項5記載の方法。
- 含浸剤A)及び場合によりC)を水溶液の形で1〜60質量%の濃度で使用することを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 触媒B)として、金属ハロゲン化物、金属硫酸塩、金属硝酸塩、金属テトラフルオロホウ酸塩、金属リン酸塩又はこれらの混合物のグループからなる金属塩を使用することを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 触媒B)として、塩化マグネシウム、硫酸マグネシウム、塩化亜鉛、塩化リチウム、臭化リチウム、三フッ化ホウ素、塩化アルミニウム、硫酸アルミニウム、硝酸亜鉛、テトラフルオロホウ酸ナトリウム又はこれらの混合物のグループからなる金属塩を使用することを特徴とする、請求項8記載の方法。
- 触媒B)として、塩化アンモニウム、硫酸アンモニウム、シュウ酸アンモニウム、リン酸二アンモニウム又はこれらの混合物のグループからなるアンモニウム塩を使用することを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 触媒B)として、マレイン酸、ギ酸、クエン酸、酒石酸、シュウ酸、p−トルエンスルホン酸、塩酸、硫酸、ホウ酸又はこれらの混合物のグループからなる有機酸又は無機酸を使用することを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 触媒B)として塩化マグネシウムを使用することを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 触媒B)を、含浸剤A)及び場合によるC)の量に対して0.1〜10質量%の濃度で使用することを特徴とする、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 含浸された木材成形体を50〜100%の相対空気湿度で硬化させることを特徴とする、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 含浸された木材成形体を80〜100%の相対空気湿度で硬化させることを特徴とする、請求項14記載の方法。
- 含浸された木材成形体を70〜130℃の温度で硬化させることを特徴とする、請求項1から15までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 含浸された木材成形体を1〜72時間の期間にわたり硬化させることを特徴とする、請求項1から16までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 木材成形体を含浸後に、硬化の間の木材成形体の形状の変化に対抗するように固定させることを特徴とする、請求項1から17までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
