Description
i)化粧板に水性硬化性組成物を含浸させる、前記組成物は、
a)式CH2OR(式中、Rは水素またはC1〜C4−アルキルである)の少なくとも1個のN−結合した基および/または尿素の2つの窒素原子に架橋した1,2−ビスヒドロキシエタン−1,2−ジイル基を有する尿素化合物H、尿素化合物Hの前縮合物、および尿素化合物Hと、C1〜C6−アルカノール、C2〜C6−ポリオールおよびオリゴエチレングリコールから選択される少なくとも1種のアルコールとの反応生成物または混合物から選択される少なくとも1種の架橋可能な尿素化合物、および
b)尿素化合物の架橋を生じる少なくとも1種の触媒Kを含有する、
ii)含浸した化粧板および/または支持体を接着剤組成物で接着する、および
iii)架橋可能な尿素化合物が硬化して接着した化粧板を高温で木材材料に加工する
からなり、その際工程ii)で接着する前に含浸した化粧板が実質的に未架橋で架橋可能な尿素化合物を含有することを特徴とする。
3−ビス(ヒドロキシメチル)−4,5−ジヒドロキシイミダゾリジン−2−オン(DMDHEU)、
C1〜C6−アルカノール、C2〜C6−ポリオール、オリゴエチレングリコールで変性された、1,3−ビス(ヒドロキシメチル)−4,5−ジヒドロキシイミダゾリジン−2−オン(変性されたDMDHEUまたはmDMDHEU)、
1,3−ビス(ヒドロキシメチル)尿素、
3−ビス(メトキシメチル)尿素、
1−ヒドロキシメチル−3−メチル尿素、
1,3−ビス(ヒドロキシメチル)イミダゾリジン−2−オン(ジメチロールエチレン尿素)、
1,3−ビス(ヒドロキシメチル)−1,3−ヘキサヒドロピリミジン−2−オン(ジメチロールプロピレン尿素)、
1,3−ビス(メトキシメチル)−4,5−ジヒドロキシイミダゾリジン−2−オン(DMeDHEU)および
テトラ(ヒドロキシメチル)アセチレンジ尿素。
i)熱硬化性結合剤(反応性結合剤)、例えばアミノプラスト樹脂、フェノール樹脂、イソシアネート樹脂およびエポキシ樹脂の液体、特に水性組成物および
ii)皮膜形成ポリマーの水性組成物、例えばスチレン−アクリレート、ポリアクリレート(アクリル酸エステル/メタクリル酸エステルコポリマー)、酢酸ビニルポリマー(ポリ酢酸ビニル)、スチレン−ブタジエンコポリマー等をベースとする水性ポリマー分散液。
ジエチレングリコールおよびメタノールで変性されたmDMDHEUの50質量%水溶液をMgCl2×6H2O1.5質量%と混合した。粗く鋸引きした約12%の木材水分に乾燥したブナ材からなる500mm×100mm×4mmの寸法を有する積層体を含浸装置に入れた。含浸装置を約30分間絶対圧力100ミリバールの真空にさらし、引き続き含浸剤を流入した。引き続き10バールの圧力を1時間かけた。圧縮段階を終了し、残留液を除去した。
ジエチレングリコールおよびメタノールで変性されたmDMDHEUの50質量%水溶液をMgCl2×6H2O1.5質量%と混合した。粗く鋸引きした約12%の木材水分に乾燥したシラカバ材からなる300mm×300mm×1.5mmの寸法を有する化粧板を含浸装置に入れた。含浸装置を約30分間絶対圧力100ミリバールの真空にさらし、引き続き含浸剤を流入した。引き続き10バールの圧力を1時間かけた。圧縮段階を終了し、残留液を除去した。
Claims (15)
- 支持体または他の化粧板層と平面で接着された少なくとも1種の化粧板層を有する木材材料を製造する方法であり、
i)20μm〜10mmの厚さを有する少なくとも1種の化粧板を、
a)式CH2OR(式中、Rは水素またはC1〜C4−アルキルである)の少なくとも1個のN結合基および/または尿素の両方の窒素原子に架橋する1,2−ビスヒドロキシエタン−1,2−ジイル基を有する尿素化合物H、尿素化合物Hの前縮合物および尿素化合物Hと、C1〜C6−アルカノール、C2〜C6−ポリオールおよびオリゴエチレングリコールから選択される少なくとも1種のアルコールとの反応生成物または混合物から選択される少なくとも1種の架橋可能な尿素化合物、および
b)尿素化合物の架橋を生じる少なくとも1種の触媒Kを含有する
水性硬化性組成物で含浸させ、
ii)接着のために、含浸した化粧板の表面および/または支持体の表面に液体接着剤組成物を塗布し、
iii)接着した化粧板を、高温で架橋可能な尿素化合物を硬化しながら処理して木材材料を生じ、
この際、工程i)及びii)を同時に行うか、若しくは工程ii)を工程i)の直後に行うことによって、含浸した化粧板の中に、工程ii)の接着の間に実質的に架橋されていない架橋可能な尿素化合物が存在するか、又は
この際、工程i)での含浸と、工程ii)での接着との間に、100℃を上回らない温度で乾燥工程を行い、含浸された化粧板が、化粧板の乾燥質量に対して少なくとも5%の水分を有する、木材材料を製造する方法。 - 工程i)で水性組成物を、化粧板により吸収される架橋可能な尿素化合物の量が未処理化粧板に対して1〜100質量%である量で使用する請求項1記載の方法。
- 含浸した化粧板が、工程ii)の接着の前に、化粧板の乾燥質量に対して少なくとも5%の水分を有する請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 工程i)に使用される組成物が、この方法に使用される接着剤成分の全量に対して少なくとも50%の接着剤組成物に含まれる接着剤成分を含有する請求項3記載の方法。
- 接着および含浸を1つの工程で行う請求項4記載の方法。
- 工程iii)で100〜200℃の範囲の温度で引き続く処理を行う請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 工程ii)に使用される接着剤が少なくとも1種の熱硬化性結合剤を有する請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 熱硬化性結合剤の水性組成物の形の接着剤を使用する請求項7記載の方法。
- 含浸された化粧板が少なくとも1個の木材材料の表面を形成する請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 木材材料が寄木張り床である請求項9記載の方法。
- 木材材料が積層板または合板である請求項9記載の方法。
- 架橋可能な尿素化合物が、
1,3−ビス(ヒドロキシメチル)−4,5−ジヒドロキシイミダゾリジン−2−オン、
C1〜C6−アルカノール、C2〜C6−ポリオール、オリゴエチレングリコールまたはポリエチレングリコールで変性された、ビス(ヒドロキシメチル)−4,5−ジヒドロキシイミダゾリジノン、
1,3−ビス(ヒドロキシメチル)尿素、
1,3−ビス(メトキシメチル)尿素、
1−ヒドロキシメチル−3−メチル尿素、
1,3−ビス(ヒドロキシメチル)イミダゾリジン−2−オン、
1,3−ビス(ヒドロキシメチル)−1,3−ヘキサヒドロピリミジン−2−オン、
1,3−ビス(メトキシメチル)−4,5−ジヒドロキシイミダゾリジン−2−オン、
テトラ(ヒドロキシメチル)アセチレンジ尿素
から選択される請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 水性硬化性組成物中の架橋可能な尿素化合物の濃度が組成物の全質量に対して1〜60質量%の範囲である請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 触媒Kが金属ハロゲニド、金属硫酸塩、金属硝酸塩、金属燐酸塩、金属四フッ化ホウ酸塩、三フッ化硼素の群からの金属塩、ハロゲン化アンモニウム、硫酸アンモニウム、蓚酸アンモニウムおよび燐酸二アンモニウムの群からのアンモニウム塩、有機カルボン酸、有機スルホン酸、ホウ酸、硫酸、および塩酸から選択される請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 請求項1から14までのいずれか1項記載の方法により得られた木材材料。
