Claims (11)
- 内燃機関であって、
少なくとも1つの燃焼室(15)と、該燃焼室のガス変換のための少なくとも1つの吸気通路(12)と排気通路と、
前記吸気通路(12)の少なくとも1つに開口する排ガス再循環通路(8)と、
前記排ガス再循環通路(8)の吸気通路側部分に配置され、前記吸気通路(12)の壁に配置されて前記吸気通路(12)を横切って配向された回転軸(18)を有するフラップ(5)であって、その一端位置において、吸気通路側表面(10)が、前記吸気通路(12)の隣接する壁部分と同一の平面になるように、前記吸気通路(12)に対して横方向に位置し、その他端位置において、前記吸気通路側表面(10)が、前記吸気通路(12)において、前記回転軸(18)に隣接する斜面状の連続する狭窄部を形成し、前記排ガス再循環通路(8)は、前記フラップ(5)の前記一端位置において遮断され、前記他端位置において前記吸気通路に接続されるフラップ(5)と
を備える内燃機関において、
前記回転軸(18)の横断面において、前記フラップ(5)は、扇状/多重表面の回転スライド弁として設計され、該スライド弁は、前記一端位置において、前記吸気通路(12)に配置された凹部(19)内に旋回され、前記吸気通路側表面(10)に対して傾斜して前記回転軸から遠く離れている表面(11)が、前記凹部(19)又は前記凹部(19)を前記吸気通路(12)に接続する通路(19’)に開口する前記排ガス再循環通路(8)を、前記通路(8)又は前記通路(19’)を遮断するように、覆うことを特徴とする内燃機関。 - 前記回転軸から遠く離れた前記表面(11)は、前記凹部(19)への前記排ガス再循環通路(8)の開口度を制御し、貫通通路(6)が前記フラップ(5)内に配置され、この貫通通路(6)は、前記凹部(19)を前記フラップ(5)の前記吸気通路側表面(10)の排ガス出口部分に接続することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関。
- 前記凹部(19)を前記吸気通路(12)に接続する前記通路(19’)は、流れ方向における前記フラップ(5)の下流側において、前記フラップ(5)から距離を隔てて、前記吸気通路(12)内に開口することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関。
- 流れ方向において前記フラップ(5)の下流側に配置される整流板(7)が、前記吸気通路(12)内に設けられ、前記吸気通路(12)を少なくとも2つの通路部分(13、14)に細分することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関。
- 前記フラップ(5)は、前記吸気通路(12)内に突出する位置において、前記回転軸から遠く離れたその表面(11)によって、前記1つの通路部分(14)の前記フラップ側端を閉じることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の内燃機関。
- 前記排ガス再循環は、好ましくは、関連する通路部分(13)において、なされることを特徴とする請求項4あるいは5に記載の内燃機関。
- 2つの吸気弁が、各シリンダーに割り当てられ、前記吸気通路(12)は、2つの関連する分岐部分(21、22)を有する二股通路(16)として設計され、前記フラップ(5)は、流れ方向において分岐部の下流側に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関。
- 2つの吸気弁が、各シリンダーに割り当てられ、前記吸気通路(12)は、2つの個別の通路(21、22)を有する2連通路(17)として設計されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関。
- フラップ(5)が、前記2連通路(17)の両方の通路(21、22)に配置されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の内燃機関。
- フラップ(5)が、前記2連通路(17)の1つの通路(21)のみに配置されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の内燃機関。
- 前記フラップ(5)は、制御ユニットを介して、同時又は個別に制御できることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の内燃機関。
