Abstract

Claims (10)
- 平面を含む第1の面(18)、及び前記第1の面(18)から太陽エネルギーを受け取り且つ前記太陽エネルギーを集中させて誘導するように構成されたパターン面を含む第2の面(20)を備える第1の光学カバー(12)と、
第2の光学カバー(16)と、
前記第1の光学カバー(12)の前記パターン面(20)と前記第2の光学カバー(16)との間に配置され、前記パターン面(20)から前記太陽エネルギーを受け取り且つ前記太陽エネルギーを電気エネルギーに変換する複数の光電池(15)と、
を有するエネルギー変換システム(10)。 - 前記第1の光学カバー(12)の前記パターン面(20)上に塗布される反射層(30)を更に具備する請求項1記載のシステム(10)。
- 前記パターン面(20)は、等しく離間された複数の矩形領域(26)を形成する、交差する等しく離間された横方向及び縦方向の三角形状溝(22、24)を含む請求項1又は2に記載のシステム(10)。
- 前記パターン面(20)は、等間隔の角錐マトリクス(40)を含む請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のシステム(10)。
- 前記パターン面(20)は、角錐構造(38)及び円錐構造(42)の組合せを含む請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のシステム(10)。
- 前記複数の光電池(15)は、保護封止材(31)に埋め込まれる請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のシステム(10)。
- 前記複数の光電池(15)が可視光線を選択的に透過させるために、前記第1のカバー(12)の前記平面(18)上に形成された保護被膜(29)を更に備える請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のシステム(10)。
- 前記光電池(15)に入射する太陽エネルギーは、前記第1の光学カバー(12)を介して直接透過されるか、又は前記第1の光学カバー(12)の全反射により透過されるか、又はそれらの組合せにより透過される請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のシステム(10)。
- 平面からなる第1の面(18)、及び前記第1の面(18)から太陽エネルギーを受け取り且つ前記太陽エネルギーを集中させて誘導するように構成されたパターン面からなる第2の面(20)を含む第1の光学カバー(12)と、
パターン面からなる第3の面(32)、及び平面からなる第4の面(34)を含む第2の光学カバー(16)と、
前記第1の光学カバー(12)の前記パターン面(20)と前記第2の光学カバー(16)との間に位置し、前記パターン面(20、32)から前記太陽エネルギーを受け取り且つ前記太陽エネルギーを電気エネルギーに変換するように構成された複数の両面光電池(15)と、を有し、
前記光電池(15)に入射する太陽エネルギーは、前記第1の光学カバー(12)を介して直接透過されるか、又は前記第1の光学カバー(12)の全反射により透過されるか、又は前記第2の光学カバー(16)の全反射により透過されるか、又はそれらの組合せにより透過されるエネルギー変換システム(10)。 - 前記複数の両面光電池(15)は、保護封止材(31)に埋め込まれる請求項9記載のシステム(10)。
