Abstract
【解決手段】 過給機タービンを経由し更に触媒を経て外気へ開放される主排気通路と、過給機タービンをバイパスすべく主排気通路のタービン上流側から分岐しタービン下流側の触媒に至るまでの間で主排気通路に合流する排気バイパス通路と、排気バイパス通路に設けられた排気バイパス弁と、を具備する過給機付き内燃機関の制御装置であって、内燃機関の本体の暖機及び触媒の暖機が完了するまでの間、機関暖機状態と触媒暖気状態の少なくとも一方に応じて点火時期を制御し、更に該点火時期の制御に基づいて排気バイパス弁の開度を制御することを特徴とする、過給機付き内燃機関の制御装置が提供される。

Description
内燃機関本体の温度が上昇すると排気ガスの温度が上昇し、排気ガス温度が上昇すると過給機のタービンの回転数が上昇する。そして、過給機のタービンの回転数が上昇すると吸気圧が上昇する。このようなことから、請求項6に記載の発明のように吸気圧を用いることで上記内燃機関本体の機関暖機状態を容易且つ正確に判定することができる。

Claims (7)
- 内燃機関の排気ポートから過給機のタービンを経由し更に触媒を経て外気へ開放される主排気通路と、上記過給機のタービンをバイパスすべく上記主排気通路のタービン上流側から分岐しタービン下流側の触媒に至るまでの間で主排気通路に合流する排気バイパス通路と、上記排気バイパス通路に設けられた排気バイパス弁と、を具備する過給機付き内燃機関の制御装置であって、
上記内燃機関の本体の暖機及び上記触媒の暖機が完了するまでの間、機関暖機状態と触媒暖気状態の少なくとも一方に応じて点火時期を制御し、更に該点火時期の制御に基づいて上記排気バイパス弁の開度を制御することを特徴とする、過給機付き内燃機関の制御装置。 - 上記触媒を暖機すべく上記排気バイパス弁を開くのは、内燃機関の点火時期が予め定めた点火時期以上に遅角された場合であるようにすることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の過給機付き内燃機関の制御装置。
- 内燃機関の排気ポートから過給機のタービンを経由し更に触媒を経て外気へ開放される主排気通路と、上記過給機のタービンをバイパスすべく上記主排気通路のタービン上流側から分岐しタービン下流側の触媒に至るまでの間で主排気通路に合流する排気バイパス通路と、開閉することにより上記排気バイパス通路を開閉する排気バイパス弁と、を具備する過給機付き内燃機関の制御装置であって、
上記内燃機関の始動後、上記触媒を暖機すべく上記排気バイパス弁を開くのは、内燃機関の点火時期が予め定めた点火時期以上に遅角された場合であるようにすることを特徴とする、過給機付き内燃機関の制御装置。 - 上記内燃機関の始動後、該内燃機関の本体が予め定めた機関暖機状態になるまでは、上記点火時期を上記予め定めた点火時期よりも進角した時期にしておくことを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載の過給機付き内燃機関の制御装置。
- 上記内燃機関の始動後、該内燃機関の本体が予め定めた機関暖機状態になった後に、上記点火時期を上記予め定めた点火時期以上に遅角すると共に、上記排気バイパス弁を開くことを特徴とする、請求項2から4の何れか一項に記載の過給機付き内燃機関の制御装置。
- 上記内燃機関本体の機関暖機状態を吸気圧に基づいて判定することを特徴とする、請求項1、2、4及び5の何れか一項に記載の過給機付き内燃機関の制御装置。
- 上記触媒を暖機すべく開かれた排気バイパス弁は、吸気圧が予め定めた吸気圧以下とされてから閉じられることを特徴とする、請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載の過給機付き内燃機関の制御装置。
