Abstract
【解決手段】 構造物を瓦の上側に取付けるための構造物設置支持装置において、例えば構造物が太陽電池装置の場合、太陽電池モジュールを固定するための架台の一部である取付金具2を支持するための支持具3と、支持具3および瓦5を貫通して野地板8に到達するように形成された固定具7と、固定具7を取り囲み、瓦5に形成された貫通穴31に挿通するように形成された筒状部11とを備える。筒状部11は、瓦5に形成された貫通穴31よりも小さくなるように形成され、貫通穴31と非接触になるように形成されている。

Description
図1から図4を参照して、本発明に基づく実施の形態1における構造物の構造物設置支持装置について説明する。本実施の形態においては、構造物の一例としての太陽電池装置が屋根に設置されている。太陽電池装置は、瓦が配置された屋根に設置される場合が多い。本実施の形態における太陽電池装置は、太陽電池モジュールと、太陽電池モジュールを固定するための架台とを備える。太陽電池装置は、架台を支持するための構造物設置支持装置によって屋根に固定されている。
図6および図7を参照して、本発明に基づく実施の形態2における構造物の構造物設置支持装置について説明する。
図6を参照して、本実施の形態において、太陽電池装置を瓦屋根に取付ける際には、まず始めに、支持具10を取付ける位置を定める。支持具10を取付ける位置は、十分な強度で固定するために、垂木が配置されている領域が好ましい。
Claims (7)
- 構造物を瓦の上側に取付けるための構造物設置支持装置において、
前記構造物を固定支持するための支持具と、
前記支持具および前記瓦を貫通して野地板に到達するように形成された固定具と、
前記固定具を取り囲み、前記瓦に形成された貫通穴に挿通するように形成された筒状部と
を備え、
前記筒状部は、前記瓦に形成された貫通穴よりも小さくなるように形成され、少なくとも一部分が前記貫通穴と非接触になるように形成された、構造物設置支持装置。 - 前記構造物は、架台を含み、
前記支持具は、前記架台を支持するように形成された、請求項1に記載の構造物設置支持装置。 - 前記筒状部の周りにおいて、前記瓦の前記貫通穴を塞ぐように形成された止水部材を備え、
前記止水部材は、前記筒状部を挿通させるための穴が形成された、請求項1または2に記載の構造物設置支持装置。 - 前記筒状部の周りにおいて、前記瓦の前記貫通穴を塞ぐように形成された止水部材と、
前記止水部材の上側に配置され、前記止水部材を前記瓦に向かって押圧するための押え部材と
を備える、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の構造物設置支持装置。 - 前記筒状部の周りにおいて、前記貫通穴、前記筒状部および前記止水部材で囲まれる領域に充填された充填材を備える、請求項3または4に記載の構造物設置支持装置。
- 前記支持具は、断面形状がコの字形に形成された部分を含み、互いに対向する板部のうち一方の板部に前記架台が取付けられるように形成され、他方の板部に前記筒状部が一体的に形成された、請求項2から5のいずれかに記載の構造物設置支持装置。
- 前記構造物は、太陽電池モジュールを含む、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の構造物設置支持装置。
