Abstract
【解決手段】この取付装置1は、瓦屋根の屋根下地面40上に一般瓦41とともに葺設される専用瓦2と、架台55を支持する支持体3とからなる。支持体3は、屋根下地面40上に葺設された専用瓦2を貫通した状態で屋根下地面40上に立設される筒状材10と、この筒状材10の上面開口10aを覆うようにして筒状材10の上端部に被せられて、架台55が載置されるカバー材20と、これら架台55及びカバー材20を貫通した状態で筒状材10のビスガイド部11に挿入されて、屋根下地面40にねじ込まれる複数の固定用ビス30とを備えている。

Claims (7)
- 屋上設備機器(50)を設置する架台(55)を瓦屋根に取り付けるための取付装置(1)であって、以下の(A)〜(F)の構成からなることを特徴とする。
(A).前記瓦屋根の屋根下地面(40)上に一般瓦(41)とともに葺設される専用瓦(2)と、前記架台(55)を支持する支持体(3)とからなる。
(B).前記支持体(3)は、筒状材(10)と、カバー材(20)と、複数の固定用ビス(30)とを備える。
(C).前記筒状材(10)は、前記屋根下地面(40)上に葺設された前記専用瓦(2)を貫通した状態で、前記屋根下地面(40)上に立設される。
(D).前記カバー材(20)は、前記筒状材(10)の上面開口(10a)を覆うようにして筒状材(10)の上端部に被せられる。
(E).前記カバー材(20)上に、前記架台(55)が載置される。
(F).前記複数の固定用ビス(30)は、前記架台(55)及びカバー材(20)を貫通した状態で前記筒状材(10)内に挿通されて、前記屋根下地面(40)にねじ込まれる。 - 前記筒状材(10)に、その上端部から下端部にかけて、前記固定用ビス(30)を挿入する複数のビスガイド部(11)が設けられた請求項1記載の屋上設備機器設置用架台の取付装置。
- 前記筒状材(10)は、横断面六角形状に形成され、その角部分の内周面側に、前記ビスガイド部(11)が設けられた請求項2記載の屋上設備機器設置用架台の取付装置。
- 前記筒状材(10)に、その内周面の対向する部位間に跨って、前記瓦屋根の傾斜方向に沿った補強用隔壁(12)が設けられた請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の屋上設備機器設置用架台の取付装置。
- 前記筒状材(10)は、その軸方向の全長に亘って同一の横断面形状を有する押出成形品とされている請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の屋上設備機器設置用架台の取付装置。
- 前記専用瓦(2)は、前記一般瓦(41)と同じ陶器製とされている請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の屋上設備機器設置用架台の取付装置。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の取付装置(1)を用いて、前記架台(55)を瓦屋根に取り付けるための取付方法であって、以下の(A)〜(E)の工程からなることを特徴とする。
(A).前記屋根下地面(40)上に一般瓦(41)とともに前記専用瓦(2)を葺設する工程。
(B).この専用瓦(2)を貫通した状態で前記屋根下地面(40)上に前記筒状材(10)を立設する工程。
(C).この筒状材(10)の上面開口(10a)を覆うようにして筒状材(10)の上端部に前記カバー材(20)を被せる工程。
(D).このカバー材(20)上に前記架台(55)を載置する工程。
(E).これら架台(55)及びカバー材(20)を貫通して前記筒状材(10)内に挿通させた前記複数の固定用ビス(30)を、前記屋根下地面(40)にねじ込むことで、前記架台(55)を瓦屋根に取り付ける工程。
