Claims (3)
- 屋根下地板に屋根材を敷設して構成された屋根の上に配設される複数の太陽電池モジュールと、この太陽電池モジュールを支持する支持体と、この支持体を屋根に取付ける取付具とを具え、
前記屋根材には、貫通した切欠部が形成され、
前記取付具は、前記切欠部に挿入されかつ前記屋根下地板の上に載置した状態で固着される固定部と、前記固定部に外嵌固着される縦長の筒部と、前記筒部の内部に上方から挿入固着されかつ前記支持体が取付けられる装着部とからなることを特徴とする太陽電池モジュールの取付構造。 - 前記筒部と前記切欠部の内縁との間が水密封止されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュールの取付構造。
- 前記取付具は、拡開固着具を用いて屋根下地板に固着され、
前記拡開固着具は、屋根下地板に穿設される取付孔に挿通される挿通部と、この挿通部の下端に形成され、かつ前記取付孔に上側から挿入されるとともに屋根下地板の下側で拡開して屋根下地板に係合する抜け止め部とを含み、
前記抜け止め部と屋根下地板との係合を利用して、取付具を屋根下地板に固着することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の太陽電池モジュールの取付構造。
