Abstract
【解決手段】金属フタロシアニンおよび無金属フタロシアニンを、少なくとも1種の溶媒と接触させる工程と、前記フタロシアニン物質を共結晶として回収する工程と、を含む方法である。また、前記金属フタロシアニンが、チタニルフタロシアニン、ヒドロキシガリウムフタロシアニン、クロロガリウムフタロシアニンおよびジルコニルフタロシアニンからなる群より選択される。

Description
本発明に開示の共結晶顔料を調製するために、9.5グラムの粗製TiOPC(α的な性質を示すもの)と0.5グラムのX型H2PCとを、150グラムのトリフルオロ酢酸と塩化メチレンの混合溶媒(CF3COOH/CH2Cl2)の中に、40〜45℃で約2時間溶解させた。その溶液を、メタノールと塩化メチレンからの混合溶媒(500グラム)の中で、徐々にクエンチさせ、吸引濾過してから、その顔料を、温度約75〜90℃の熱脱イオン水を用いて3回、次いで温度約40〜50℃の熱メタノールを用いて2回洗浄した。一夜吸引濾過させてから、その顔料を、78グラムのモノクロロベンゼン(MCB)中で約4時間かけて転化させ、その後、その物質を濾過し、約18〜約20時間かけて真空乾燥させた。
Claims (4)
- 金属フタロシアニンおよび無金属フタロシアニンを、少なくとも1種の溶媒と接触させる工程と、
フタロシアニン物質を共結晶として回収する工程と、
を含む方法。 - 前記金属フタロシアニンが、チタニルフタロシアニン、ヒドロキシガリウムフタロシアニン、クロロガリウムフタロシアニンおよびジルコニルフタロシアニンからなる群より選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記溶媒が、プロトン酸類、芳香族溶媒、エーテル類、ピロリジノン類、アルキルハライド類、アルキレンハライド類、およびそれらの混合物からなる群より選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- チタニルフタロシアニンおよび無金属フタロシアニンを、トリフルオロ酢酸および塩化メチレンを含む溶媒と接触させる工程と、
得られた溶液を、アルコール類、水、アルキレンハライド類、ケトン類およびそれらの組合せからなる群より選択される非溶媒と接触させて、フタロシアニン共結晶を沈殿させる工程と、
前記沈殿したフタロシアニン共結晶を芳香族溶媒と接触させる工程と、
前記フタロシアニン共結晶を回収する工程と、
を含む、フタロシアニン共結晶を調製するための方法。
