本発明の(a)成分は、有機酸(1)、有機酸(2)又はそれらの塩から選ばれる少なくとも1種である。
本発明の(b)成分は、第4級アンモニウム塩、3級アミン又はその塩から選ばれる少なくとも1種である。
一般式(3)において、R10としては、エステル基、アミド基又はエーテル基で分断されていてもよい炭素数10〜28の直鎖若しくは分岐鎖のアルキル基が好ましく、特に、エステル基、アミド基又はエーテル基で分断されていてもよい炭素数14〜24の直鎖若しくは分岐鎖のアルキル基が好ましい。R11は、エステル基、アミド基又はエーテル基で分断されていてもよい炭素数14〜24の直鎖若しくは分岐鎖のアルキル基、或いは炭素数1〜3の直鎖若しくは分岐鎖のアルキル基又はヒドロキシアルキル基が好ましく、炭素数1〜3の直鎖若しくは分岐鎖のアルキル基が更に好ましく、特にメチル基、エチル基が好ましい。R12及びR13はメチル基、エチル基が好ましい。X-で示されるアニオンとしては、Cl-、Br-等のハロゲンイオン、メチル硫酸イオン、エチル硫酸イオン等の短鎖アルキル硫酸イオン、酢酸、酒石酸、乳酸、リンゴ酸、コハク酸等の有機酸イオンが挙げられ、ハロゲンイオン、短鎖アルキル硫酸イオンが好ましい。
本発明の毛髪処理剤中の(a)成分の含有量は、毛髪に良好な感触を与え、また製品の分層、固化等を抑制し良好な安定性を得る観点から、(b)成分に対し0.1〜20モル倍が好ましく、0.3〜10モル倍が更に好ましく、0.5〜5モル倍が特に好ましい。また、毛髪処理剤中の(b)成分の含有量は、0.1〜20重量%が好ましく、0.2〜15重量%が更に好ましく、0.5〜10重量%が特に好ましい。また、本発明の毛髪処理剤のpHは、2〜12が好ましく、更に3〜11がコンディショニングの効果の付与から好ましく、特に3〜6が毛髪の良好な感触や製品の安定性の観点から好ましい。
攪拌機、温度計、冷却管を具備した4つ口フラスコに、50%ジメチルアミン水溶液(和光純薬工業(株)製)180.3gとイオン交換水400gを仕込み、20〜30℃でクロロ酢酸ナトリウム(和光純薬工業(株)製)475.4gを添加して、20〜30℃で1時間反応させた。次に、20〜30℃に保ちながら48%水酸化ナトリウム水溶液166.7gを0.5時間で滴下し、さらに35〜40℃で3時間反応させた。反応後、36%塩酸水溶液202.6gを添加して10〜20℃で2時間撹拌混合した後、析出している結晶を濾過し、さらに水440gで洗浄を行い、乾燥後、表1に示す有機酸A 226.7gを得た。
攪拌機、温度計、冷却管を具備した4つ口フラスコに、イミノ二酢酸(和光純薬工業(株)製)133.1gとイオン交換水120g、48%水酸化ナトリウム水溶液166.7gを仕込み、20〜30℃に保ちながらグリシドール(和光純薬工業(株)製を蒸留精製したもの)103.7gを1時間で滴下し、30〜40℃で5時間反応させた。反応後、エタノール晶析を行い、濾過、乾燥して白色粉末238gを得た。次に、ビーカーに白色粉末226.0gとイオン交換水452gを入れ、36%塩酸水溶液182.5gを添加した後、電気透析にて脱塩を行い、凍結乾燥後、表1に示す有機酸B 168.1gを得た。
(a)成分として有機酸A〜D、又は比較の酸として乳酸、L−グルタミン酸、塩酸、(b)成分として(b−1)を用い、表3に示す組成のヘアリンス剤を常法により調製した。これらのヘアリンス剤について、下記の方法により毛髪への塗布時、濯ぎ時及び乾燥後の性能を評価した。結果を表3に示す。
コールドパーマ等の化学処理をしたことのない日本人女性の毛髪20g(長さ20cm,平均直径60μm)を束ね、シャンプー5gを用いて洗浄した。このシャンプー組成は、ポリオキシエチレンアルキル(炭素数12)エーテル硫酸ナトリウム(エチレンオキシド平均付加モル数2.5)15%、ジエタノールアミド3%、残部は水である。

表4に示す有機酸及び(b)成分を用い、表4に示す組成のヘアリンス剤を常法により製造した。これらのヘアリンス剤について、実施例1と同様にして毛髪への塗布時、濯ぎ時及び乾燥後の性能を評価した。結果を表4に示す。
下記組成のヘアコンディショナーを製造した。このヘアコンディショナーは、塗布時、濯ぎ時の柔軟性や平滑性、油性感、及び乾燥後に十分な滑らかさがあり、櫛通りも良好であった。

下記組成のヘアトリートメント剤を製造した。このヘアトリートメント剤は、塗布時、濯ぎ時の柔軟性や平滑性、油性感、及び乾燥後に十分な滑らかさがあり、櫛通りも良好であった。

Claims (5)
- 下記(a)成分及び(b)成分を含有する毛髪処理剤。
(a):一般式(1)で表される有機酸、一般式(2)で表される有機酸又はそれらの塩から選ばれる少なくとも1種
(b):第4級アンモニウム塩、3級アミン又はその塩から選ばれる少なくとも1種 - (a)成分の含有量が(b)成分に対し0.1〜20モル倍、(b)成分の含有量が毛髪処理剤全量に対し0.1〜20重量%である請求項1記載の毛髪処理剤。
- 一般式(1)又は一般式(2)において、R1及びR2が炭素数1〜3の直鎖若しくは分岐鎖のアルキル基、ヒドロキシアルキル基又は−R8−COOH、R3、R4及びR8がメチレン基、R5が炭素数1〜3の直鎖若しくは分岐鎖のアルキル基、ヒドロキシアルキル基又は−R9−COOH、R6、R7及びR9がメチレン基である請求項1又は2記載の毛髪処理剤。
- 更に、油状成分を含有する請求項1〜3いずれかに記載の毛髪処理剤。
- (b)成分の少なくとも1種が、3級アミン又はその塩である請求項1〜4いずれかに記載の毛髪処理剤。
