Abstract
本发明为含有(a)由通式(1)表示的有机酸、由通式(2)表示的有机酸或它们的盐,以及(b)季铵盐、叔胺或其盐的毛发处理剂。[式中,R1和R2表示碳原子数为1~5的烷基、羟烷基或-R8-COOH,R3、R4和R8表示碳原子数为1~5的亚烷基,R5表示碳原子数为1~5的烷基、羟烷基或-R9-COOH,R6、R7和R9表示碳原子数为1~5的亚烷基]。

技术领域
本发明涉及毛发处理剂。
背景技术
对于洗发香波、护发素(Rinse)、护发精华素(Conditioner)、焗油膏(Treatment)、染发剂、摩丝等的毛发处理剂,为了改善使用时的毛发保护和感觉,要求对毛发赋予柔软性和平滑性、油性感、干燥后的滑润、梳通的良好。从这样的要求出发,目前配合了季铵盐或胺盐。作为它们的对离子,已报告有,Cl-、Br-等卤素离子,或甲基硫酸、乙基硫酸等短链烷基硫酸离子(日本特开平6-9346号公报),醋酸或酒石酸、乳酸、苹果酸、琥珀酸以及具有长链烷基的羧酸或磺酸等的有机酸离子(WO-A99/11226,日本特开平9-118606号公报)等。
发明内容
本发明提供含有下述(a)成分和(b)成分的毛发处理剂。
(a):选自通式(1)表示的有机酸(以下称为有机酸(1))、通式(2)表示的有机酸(以下称为有机酸(2))或它们的盐的至少1种;
[式中,R1和R2分别独立地表示碳原子数为1~5的直链或分支链的烷基、羟烷基或-R8-COOH,R3、R4和R8分别独立地表示碳原子数为1~5的直链或分支链的亚烷基,R5表示碳原子数为1~5的直链或分支链的烷基、羟烷基或-R9-COOH,R6、R7和R9分别独立地表示碳原子数为1~5的直链或分支链的亚烷基。]
(b):选自季铵盐、叔胺或其盐的至少1种。
具体实施方式
在上述现有文献中所记述的,不能充分满足对毛发的涂布时和干燥后的使用感。
本发明提供一种对毛发涂布后经过漂洗可以赋予柔软性和平滑性、油性感、和干燥后的光滑、梳通的良好的毛发处理剂。
本发明通过使用作为季铵盐或叔胺盐的对离子的特定的有机酸,发现对毛发涂布后经过漂洗可以赋予柔软性或平滑性、油性感、和干燥后的滑润、梳通的良好。
本发明的毛发处理剂,对毛发涂布后经过漂洗,可以赋予毛发充分的柔软性和平滑性、油性感、和干燥后充分的滑润、梳通的良好。
[(a)成分]
本发明的(a)成分,为选自有机酸(1)、有机酸(2)或它们的盐的至少1种。
在有机酸(1)中,R1和R2分别独立地表示碳原子数为1~5的直链或分支链的烷基、羟烷基或-R8-COOH,优选碳原子数为1~3的直链或分支链的烷基、羟烷基或-R8-COOH,特别优选甲基、乙基、碳原子数为1~3的羟烷基。作为碳原子数为1~3的羟烷基,优选羟乙基、2,3-二羟丙基、1-甲基-2-羟乙基、2-羟丙基。R3、R4和R8表示碳原子数为1~5的直链或分支链的亚烷基,优选碳原子数为1~3的直链或分支链的亚烷基,特别优选亚甲基。
在有机酸(2)中,R5表示碳原子数为1~5的直链或分支链的烷基、羟烷基或-R9-COOH,优选碳原子数为1~3的直链或分支链的烷基、羟烷基或-R9-COOH,特别优选甲基、乙基、碳原子数为1~3的羟烷基。作为原子数为1~3的羟烷基,优选羟乙基、2,3-二羟丙基、1-甲基-2-羟乙基、2-羟丙基。R6、R7和R9表示碳原子数为1~5的直链或分支链的亚烷基,优选碳原子数为1~3的直链或分支链的亚烷基,特别优选亚甲基。
作为有机酸(1)和有机酸(2)的合成法,没有特别的限定,例如有,使卤化羧酸或它的盐在对应的胺上反应,根据需要去除副产的无机盐的方法;和使卤化羧酸的低级烷基酯在对应的胺上反应,然后加水分解的方法;使烷基卤、缩水甘油或环氧乙烷等环氧化物类等在氨基羧酸或它的盐上反应并根据需要去除副产的无机盐的方法;在对应的胺上进行斯特雷克尔氨基酸反应(Strecker reaction),然后加水分解后根据需要去除副产的无机盐得到有机酸(2)的方法;还有使烷基卤、环氧乙烷等的氧化物类、卤化羧酸或它的盐以及低级烷基酯等在有机酸(2)上反应,并根据需要进行去除副产的无机盐和酯的加水分解等而得到有机酸(1)的方法。
作为有机酸(1)或有机酸(2)的盐,可以举出Na、K等的碱金属盐、取代或无取代铵盐等。
[(b)成分]
本发明的(b)成分为选自季铵盐、叔胺或其盐的至少1种。
(b)成分,只要是与有机酸(1)或有机酸(2)形成盐并成为阳离子表面活性剂的,就没有特别的限定,但优选由通式(3)表示的季铵盐、由通式(4)表示的叔胺或其盐,更优选至少1种为由通式(4)表示的叔胺或其盐,特别优选至少1种是用通式(4)表示的叔胺。
[式中,R10表示也可以由酯基、酰胺基或醚基分开的碳原子数为8~30的直链或分支链的烷基或烯基,R11表示也可以由酯基、酰胺基或醚基分开的碳原子数为8~30的直链或分支链的烷基或烯基,或碳原子数为1~3的直链或分支链的烷基或羟烷基,R12和R13表示碳原子数为1~3的直链或分支链的烷基或羟烷基,X-表示阴离子。]
[式中,R14表示也可以由酯基、酰胺基或醚基分开的碳原子数为8~30的直链或分支链的烷基或烯基,R15表示也可以由酯基、酰胺基或醚基分开的碳原子数为8~30的直链或分支链的烷基或烯基,或者碳原子数为1~3的直链或分支链的烷基或羟烷基,R16表示碳原子数为1~3的直链或分支链的烷基或羟烷基。]
在通式(3)中,作为R10,优选为也可以由酯基、酰胺基或醚基分开的碳原子数为10~28的直链或分支链的烷基,特别优选也可以由酯基、酰胺基或醚基分开的碳原子数为14~24的直链或分支链的烷基。R11优选为也可以由酯基、酰胺基或醚基分开的碳原子数为14~24的直链或分支链的烷基,或碳原子数为1~3的直链或分支链的烷基或羟烷基,更优选碳原子数为1~3的直链或分支链的烷基,特别优选甲基、乙基。R12和R13优选甲基、乙基。作为由X-表示的阴离子,可以举出Cl-、Br-等卤离子,甲基硫酸离子、乙基硫酸离子等的短链烷基硫酸离子,醋酸、酒石酸、乳酸、苹果酸、琥珀酸等的有机酸离子,优选卤离子、短链烷基硫酸离子。
在通式(4)中,R14优选也可以由酯基、酰胺基或醚基分开的碳原子数为10~28的直链或分支链的烷基,特别优选也可以由酯基、酰胺基或醚基分开的碳原子数为14~24的直链或分支链的烷基。R15优选也可以由酯基、酰胺基或醚基分开的碳原子数为14~24的直链或分支链的烷基或烯基,或碳原子数为1~3的直链或分支链的烷基或羟烷基,更优选碳原子数为1~3的直链或分支链的烷基或羟烷基。R16优选甲基、乙基、羟乙基,更优选甲基、乙基。
作为通式(4)所表示的叔胺盐,可以举出盐酸、硫酸、磷酸等的无机酸的盐,醋酸、酒石酸、乳酸、苹果酸、琥珀酸等的有机酸的盐。
[毛发处理剂]
本发明的毛发处理剂中的(a)成分的含量,从赋予毛发良好的触感,以及抑制产品的分层、固化等以得到良好的稳定性的观点出发,优选相对(b)成分0.1~20摩尔倍,更优选0.3~10摩尔倍,特别优选0.5~5摩尔倍。另外,毛发处理剂中的(b)成分的含量优选为0.1~20重量%,更优选为0.2~15重量%,特别优选为0.5~10重量%。另外,本发明的毛发处理剂的pH值,优选为2~12,从赋予调节的效果出发更优选为3~11,从毛发的良好的触感和产品的稳定性的观点出发特别优选3~6。
本发明的毛发处理剂,优选还含油状成分。作为本发明的油状成分,可以举出高级醇、酯油、硅酮、烃类,优选高级醇、酯油等的油剂和/或硅酮,更优选高级醇和/或硅酮。
作为在本发明中所使用的高级醇,可以举出,具有碳原子数为10~30的直链或分支链的烷基或烯基的高级醇,优选具有碳原子数为12~26的直链或分支链的烷基或烯基的高级醇,更优选鲸蜡醇、十六烷醇、十八烷醇、花生醇、二十二烷醇、二十四烷醇、蜡醇等。
作为酯油,可以举出碳原子数为8~40的脂肪酸与碳原子数为1~4的直链或分支链的醇的酯类,优选碳原子数为10~24的脂肪酸与碳原子数为1~3的直链或分支链的醇的酯类,更优选碳原子数为12~22的脂肪酸与丙醇或异丙醇的酯。
作为本发明所使用的硅酮,可以举出二甲基聚硅氧烷、甲基苯基聚硅氧烷、氨基改性硅酮、脂肪酸改性聚硅氧烷、醇改性硅酮、脂肪族醇改性聚硅氧烷、聚醚改性硅酮、环氧改性硅树脂、氟改性硅酮、环状硅酮、烷基改性硅酮等。
本发明的毛发处理剂中的油状成分的含量,从对毛发良好的触感和油状成分的乳化/分散稳定性的观点出发优选为0.1~30重量%,更优选0.5~25重量%,特别优选1~20重量%。
在本发明的毛发处理剂中,只要在不损害本发明目的范围内可以适当地配合,其它的阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂等表面活性剂,羊毛脂衍生物,高级脂肪酸酯类,高级脂肪酸类,油脂类,甘油,氨基酸,保湿剂,阳离子性聚合物,多糖类,多肽,珠光剂,溶剂,液晶形成剂,无机酸,有机酸,色素,香料,紫外线吸收剂,抗氧化剂,喷射剂,鳌合剂,pH调整剂,防腐剂,抗头皮屑剂,等。
本发明的毛发处理剂,可以制成水溶液、乙醇溶液、乳化液、悬浮液、凝胶、液晶、气溶胶等所希望的剂型。
本发明的毛发处理剂,可用于护发素(Hair rinse)、护发精华素(Hairconditioner)、头发修护剂(Hair treatment)、发膜(Hair pack)、发乳(Haircream)、修护摩丝(Conditioning mousse)、发用摩丝(Hair mousse)、喷发胶(Hair spray)、Leave on treatment、洗发香波(Shampoo)、Hair lotionshampoo、染发剂、头发漂白剂等。
实施例
下面的实施例是对本发明的实施的叙述。实施例是对本发明的例示的叙述,并不用于对本发明的限定。
以下,例中的%,只要不特别记载就是重量%。
合成例1
在具备搅拌机、温度计、冷却管的4口烧瓶中,加入50%的二甲胺水溶液(和光纯药工业(株)制)108.3g和离子交换水400g,在20~30℃下添加氯醋酸钠(和光纯药工业(株)制)475.4g,在20~30℃下使其反应1小时。然后,边保持在20~30℃边用0.5小时滴下48%氢氧化钠水溶液166.7g,再在35~40℃下使其反应3小时。反应后,添加36%盐酸水溶液202.6g,在10~20℃下搅拌混合2小时后,过滤析出的结晶,再用水440g进行洗净,干燥后,得到表1所示的有机酸A 226.7g。
合成例2
在具备搅拌机、温度计、冷却管的4口烧瓶中,加入亚胺二乙酸(和光纯药工业(株)制)133.1g和离子交换水120g、48%氢氧化钠水溶液166.7g,边保持在20~30℃边用1小时滴下缩水甘油(将和光纯药工业(株)的制品蒸馏精制了的)103.7g,在30~40℃下使其反应5小时。反应后,进行乙醇结晶,过滤,干燥,得到白色粉末238g。然后,将白色粉末226.0g和离子交换水452g加入烧杯,添加了36%的盐酸水溶液182.5g后,用电透析进行脱盐,并冷冻干燥后,得到表1所示的有机酸B 168.1g。
将以下实施例所用的(a)成分归纳在表1中、(b)成分归纳在表2中表示。

实施例1~4及比较例1~3
作为(a)成分使用有机酸A~D,或作为比较的酸使用乳酸、L-谷氨酸、盐酸,作为(b)成分使用(b-1),按常规方法制备表3所示的组成的护发素(Hair rinse)。对这些护发素,评价了用下述方法对毛发涂布时、漂洗时和干燥后的性能进行了。结果表示在表3中。
<评价方法>
将没有经过冷烫等的化学处理的日本人女性的头发20g(长20cm,平均直径60μm)扎起,用洗发香波5g洗净。该洗发香波的组成为,聚氧乙烯烷基(碳原子数12)醚硫酸钠(氧乙烯平均加成摩尔数2.5)15%,二乙醇酰胺3%,其余为水。
然后,均匀地涂布2.0g护发素(Hair rinse),约30秒后用40℃的流水漂洗。
对这样涂布及漂洗时的柔软性、平滑性,涂布时的油性感,漂洗时的滑润感的持续性,以及干燥后的滑润感、梳通感,由5名专业人员以下述基准进行了功能评价。

2.如权利要求1所述的毛发处理剂,其特征在于,
(a)成分的含量相对(b)成分为0.1~20摩尔倍,(b)成分的含量相对毛发处理剂总量为0.1~20重量%。
3.如权利要求1所述的毛发处理剂,其特征在于,
在通式(1)或通式(2)中,R1和R2是碳原子数1~3的直链或分支链的烷基、羟烷基或-R8-COOH,R3、R4和R8是亚甲基,R5是碳原子数1~3的直链或分支链的烷基、羟烷基或-R9-COOH,R6、R7和R9是亚甲基。
4.如权利要求1~3中任一项所述的毛发处理剂,其特征在于,还含有油状成分。
5.如权利要求1~3中任一项所述的毛发处理剂,其特征在于,(b)成分的至少一种为叔胺或其盐。
