Abstract
【解決手段】 基材層、アルミニウム箔、化成処理層、フッ素系接着剤層、熱接着性樹脂層が少なくとも順に積層された積層体において、前記フッ素系接着剤層が水酸基を含有するフッ素含有共重合体と、該フッ素含有共重合体の水酸基と反応する硬化剤と、カルボジイミド基を分子中に有する改質剤とからなる接着剤であることを特徴とする積層体。

Description
図1は本発明にかかる積層体の一実施例の層構成を図解的に示す図であって、積層体1は基材層2、アルミニウム箔3、化成処理層4、フッ素系接着剤層5、熱接着性樹脂層6を順に積層したものである。
まず、予め、アミノ化フェノール重合体、三価クロム化合物、および、リン化合物を含有する化成処理液で両面を化成処理して化成処理層を両面に形成したアルミニウム箔(40μm厚さ)の一方の面と25μm厚さの二軸延伸ナイロンフィルムとを2液硬化型ポリウレタン系接着剤を介して積層して中間積層体を作成した。
30×100mm角の積層体を裁断し、これを電解液〔6フッ化リン酸リチウムを混合液〔エチレンカーボネート/ジエチルカーボネート/ジメチルカーボネート=1/1/1(容積比)に溶解し、1モル/リットルの6フッ化リン酸リチウム溶液としたもの〕に85℃で7日間ドブ漬けしたものを約10分間流水で水洗した後に、ペーパーワイパーで水を十分に拭き取った後に十分に乾燥し、両端を裁断して15×100mm角としたものをアルミニウム箔とこれより内側の層との間で剥離し、これを島津製オートグラフ(タイプ:AGS−50D)の引張り試験機で50mm/分の速度で引張り、層間強度を測定し、5つのサンプルの平均値を示した。なお、層間強度はN/15mm幅であらわした。
積層体を裁断して100×100mmの短冊片を作製し、該短冊片を二つ折りして短辺側の一方を10mm巾に、長辺側を3mm巾にヒートシールして他方の短辺側が開口した100×50mmの外寸からなる袋を作製すると共に、ドライルーム(露点−50℃)中において前記袋に3gの溶媒〔エチレンカーボネート/ジエチルカーボネート/ジメチルカーボネート=1/1/1(容積比)〕を注入し、開口部を10mm巾でヒートシールした水蒸気バリアー性評価サンプルを作製した。この水蒸気バリアー性評価サンプルを60℃、90%RHの恒温恒湿槽に168時間保存し、サンプル内部の水分の増加量をカールフィッシャー法で測定した。なお、短辺側のヒートシール条件は190℃、2.0MPa、3.0秒であり、長辺側のヒートシール条件は190℃、1.0MPa、3.0秒で行なった。単位は168時間当たりの水分透過量(ppm)である。

Claims (9)
- 基材層、アルミニウム箔、化成処理層、フッ素系接着剤層、熱接着性樹脂層が少なくとも順に積層された積層体において、前記フッ素系接着剤層が水酸基を含有するフッ素含有共重合体と、該フッ素含有共重合体の水酸基と反応する硬化剤と、カルボジイミド基を分子中に有する改質剤とからなる接着剤であることを特徴とする積層体。
- 前記硬化剤がイソホロンジイソシアネートのヌレート体であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の積層体。
- 前記改質剤の配合量が前記フッ素含有共重合体中の水酸基1当量に対してカルボジイミド基として0.15〜0.50当量であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の積層体。
- 前記硬化剤の配合量が前記フッ素含有共重合体中の水酸基1当量に対してイソシアネート基として0.5〜2.0当量であることを特徴とする請求項1、6のいずれかに記載の積層体。
- 前記化成処理層がアミノ化フェノール重合体、三価クロム化合物、および、リン化合物を含有する化成処理液により形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の積層体。
