Abstract
【解決手段】搭載面が水平に形成されたベッド2に配設された第1主軸台3と該第1主軸台と同軸の第2主軸台4とベッド上にX・Y・Z軸方向に移動可能に配設された第3主軸台6及びX・Z方向に移動可能に配設された刃物台5とを備え、該刃物台5の切削点cは、第1主軸台3と第2主軸台4との軸線を結ぶ直線の垂直下方に位置しており、第3主軸6の切削点のX軸ストロークは、刃物台5のX軸ストロークの1/2以上と重複している。

Claims (6)
- 搭載面が水平に形成されたベッドと、上記搭載面に配設された第1主軸台と、該第1主軸台と同軸をなすよう、かつZ軸(左右)方向に移動可能に上記搭載面に配設された第2主軸台と、該第1,第2主軸台の間にX軸(上下),Z軸方向に移動可能に上記搭載面に配設された刃物台と、上記ベッド上にX軸,Y軸(前後)及びZ軸方向に移動可能に配設された第3主軸とを備えた複合旋盤において、上記刃物台は、複数の工具が装着されたタレットをX軸方向に移動可能に支持し、上記刃物台の切削点は、上記第1主軸台と第2主軸台との軸線を結ぶ直線の垂直下方に位置しており、上記第3主軸の切削点のX軸ストロークは、上記刃物台のX軸ストロークの1/2以上と重複していることを特徴とする複合旋盤。
- 請求項1において、上記第3主軸を支持する支持機構は、上記ベッド上に垂直に搭載されたコラムと、該コラムの前面にZ軸方向に移動可能に支持されたサドルと、該サドルの前面にX軸方向に移動可能に支持されたクロススライドと、該クロススライドにY軸方向に移動可能に支持され、上記第3主軸を支持するラムとを備えており、上記サドルはZ軸方向に配置された上下一対のZ軸ガイドレールで支持され、上記クロススライドはX軸方向に配置された左右一対のX軸ガイドレールで支持され、上記第3主軸の工具把持部は、Y軸方向に見たとき常に上記Z軸ガイドレール及びX軸ガイドレールで囲まれた領域内に位置していることを特徴とする複合旋盤。
- 請求項2において、上記第3主軸は上記ラムに装着された工具主軸を備え、該工具主軸はY軸回りに回転割り出し可能に構成されていることを特徴とする複合旋盤。
- 請求項1において、上記第1主軸台は、一対の脚部と該各脚部の上端間に配設された主軸ケース部とを有するトンネル形状をなしており、上記刃物台は、複数本の工具が装着されたタレットと該タレットをX軸方向に移動可能に支持する支持部材とを有し、該支持部材は上記第1主軸台のトンネル内に進退可能となっていることを特徴とする複合旋盤。
- 請求項1において、上記第2主軸台は、上記ベッドに配置された一対のガイドレールによりZ軸方向に移動可能に支持されており、上記刃物台の切削点を通る垂直線は上記一対のガイドレールのY軸方向略中心を通ることを特徴とする複合旋盤。
- 請求項5において、上記第2主軸台を支持する一対のガイドレールにより上記刃物台がZ軸方向に移動可能に支持されており、上記ベッドの上記ガイドレール間部分には上方に開口するトラフが形成されていることを特徴とする複合旋盤。
