Abstract
【解決手段】 内燃機関の始動時、運転条件の条件値を取得する。取得した条件値が予め適合値が定められている複数の基準条件値の1つである場合には、当該基準条件値に応じた適合値を燃料噴射量として設定する。一方、取得した条件値が基準条件値以外の値である場合には、各基準条件値と適合値との関係を用いて補間計算された内挿値を燃料噴射量として設定する。そして、内挿値に従い燃料を噴射したときの角加速度(内燃機関の運転性能に係わる物理量)の値を求め、角加速度の目標値と実際値とのずれに応じて内挿値を補正する。

Description
前記内燃機関の運転性能に係わる所定の物理量を指標として決定された燃料噴射量の適合値を、前記運転条件の条件値と関連させて記憶している記憶手段と、
前記内燃機関の始動時、前記運転条件の条件値を取得する条件値取得手段と、
取得された条件値が予め適合値が定められている複数の基準条件値の1つである場合には、当該基準条件値に応じた適合値を燃料噴射量として設定し、取得された条件値が前記基準条件値以外の値である場合には、前記の各基準条件値と適合値との関係を用いて補間計算された内挿値を燃料噴射量として設定する燃料噴射量設定手段と、
取得された条件値が前記基準条件値以外の値であり燃料噴射量として内挿値が用いられる場合に、当該内挿値に従い燃料を噴射したときの前記所定物理量の値を求め、前記所定物理量の目標値と実際値とのずれに応じて当該内挿値を補正する内挿値補正手段と、
を備えることを特徴としている。
図1〜図8は本発明の実施の形態としての内燃機関の制御装置について説明するための図である。本実施形態の内燃機関の制御装置は、ECU(Electronic Control Unit)として構成されている。ECUは内燃機関の制御に用いるデータを記憶している。ECUに記憶されるデータの1つに、内燃機関の始動時における燃料噴射量がある。ECUは、内燃機関の始動時、所定の噴射回数、或いは、所定のサイクル数の間、記憶している燃料噴射量に従って燃料噴射制御を行い、その後、吸入空気量に基づく通常の燃料噴射制御へ移行する。

上記の(2)式の右辺は図示トルクTiを発生させるトルクを示しており、(1)式の右辺は図示トルクTiを消費するトルクを示している。

Claims (3)
- 始動時の燃料噴射量を所定の運転条件に応じて決定する内燃機関の燃料噴射制御装置であって、
前記内燃機関の運転性能に係わる所定の物理量を指標として決定された燃料噴射量の適合値を、前記運転条件の条件値と関連させて記憶している記憶手段と、
前記内燃機関の始動時、前記運転条件の条件値を取得する条件値取得手段と、
取得された条件値が予め適合値が定められている複数の基準条件値の1つである場合には、当該基準条件値に応じた適合値を燃料噴射量として設定し、取得された条件値が前記基準条件値以外の値である場合には、前記の各基準条件値と適合値との関係を用いて補間計算された内挿値を燃料噴射量として設定する燃料噴射量設定手段と、
取得された条件値が前記基準条件値以外の値であり燃料噴射量として内挿値が用いられる場合に、当該内挿値に従い燃料を噴射したときの前記所定物理量の値を求め、前記所定物理量の目標値と実際値とのずれに応じて当該内挿値を補正する内挿値補正手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする内燃機関の燃料噴射制御装置。 - 前記燃料噴射量設定手段により設定された燃料噴射量に従い燃料を噴射したときの前記所定物理量の値を気筒毎に求め、複数の気筒のうち何れかの気筒において前記所定物理量の目標値と実際値とにずれが生じている場合には、実際値を目標値に近づけるように当該気筒の制御パラメータを補正するばらつき補正手段を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の内燃機関の燃料噴射制御装置。
- 前記所定物理量とは前記内燃機関の角加速度であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の内燃機関の燃料噴射制御装置。
