Abstract
【解決手段】第1と第2の2枚の外板71,72と両外板間に挟まれる中板73とから成るプレス成形された3枚の板を重ね合わせる。そして、第1外板71と中板73との間に曲管状の第1流路74を形成し、第2外板72と中板73との間に、中板73を介して第1流路74に重なるように、曲管状の第2流路75を形成する。

Claims (3)
- 熱源機に設けられたバーナを熱源とする熱交換器で加熱された液体である熱媒体を流す第1流路と、被加熱液体を流す第2流路とを備え、第1流路に流れる熱媒体により第2流路に流れる被加熱液体を加熱する液々熱交換器において、
第1と第2の2枚の外板と両外板間に挟まれる中板とから成るプレス成形された3枚の板を重ね合わせて構成され、第1外板と中板との間に曲管状の第1流路が形成され、第2外板と中板との間に、中板を介して第1流路に重なるように、曲管状の第2流路が形成されていることを特徴とする液々熱交換器。 - 前記第1と第2の両外板のうちの一方の外板に、前記第1と第2の両流路のうち当該一方の外板と前記中板との間に形成される一方の流路の上流端部と下流端部とに連通するように、当該一方の流路に流す液体の流入口と流出口とが設けられ、第1と第2の両流路のうちの他方の流路の上流端部及び下流端部が上記一方の流路の上流端部及び下流端部に重ならない位置まで延長され、上記一方の外板に、中板を通して上記他方の流路の上流端部と下流端部とに連通するように、当該他方の流路に流す液体の流入口と流出口とが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の液々熱交換器。
- 前記中板は銅板で形成され、前記第1と第2の両外板は銅より熱伝導率が低い母材に銅メッキを施した板で形成され、各外板と中板とがロー付けされることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の液々熱交換器。
