Abstract
【解決手段】駆動源により駆動される機械式オイルポンプ20と、電気モータ22により駆動される電動オイルポンプ21と、機械式オイルポンプ20および電動オイルポンプ21から供給される作動油により変速比を設定して、駆動源の回転駆動力を変速して車輪8に伝達する自動変速機構7と、電気モータ22を作動させるコントロールユニット15とから構成される油圧供給装置30において、コントロールユニット15が、作動油の油音と電気モータの回転数から特定される特性値CVと、この特性値CVに対する電気モータ22の回転数Npの閾値NTH2とを記憶し、アイドル停止制御をしているときに、電気モータ22の回転数Npが閾値NTH2になると、アイドル停止制御を中止するように構成する。

Claims (5)
- 車両を走行させる駆動源と、
前記駆動源により駆動される機械式オイルポンプと、
バッテリにより駆動される電気モータと、
前記電気モータにより駆動される電動オイルポンプと、
前記機械式オイルポンプおよび前記電動オイルポンプから供給される作動油により変速比を設定して、前記駆動源の回転駆動力を変速して車輪に伝達する変速機構と、
前記電気モータを作動させるコントロールユニットとから構成され、
前記コントロールユニットが前記駆動源を停止して、前記電気モータを所定のトルクを出力するように作動させて前記電動オイルポンプにより前記変速機構に前記作動油を供給しているときに、前記電気モータの回転数が限界値を超えるときは、前記回転数が前記限界値となるように前記電気モータを作動させるように構成されたことを特徴とする油圧供給装置。 - 前記コントロールユニットが、前記回転数が前記限界値となるように前記電気モータを作動させているときに、前記電気モータのポンプ駆動トルクが所定の値以下になると、前記エンジンを起動して前記機械式オイルポンプにより前記変速機構に前記作動油を供給し、その後、前記電動オイルポンプを停止するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の油圧供給装置。
- 車両を走行させる駆動源と、
前記駆動源により駆動される機械式オイルポンプと、
バッテリにより駆動される電気モータと、
前記電気モータにより駆動される電動オイルポンプと、
前記機械式オイルポンプおよび前記電動オイルポンプから供給される作動油により変速比を設定して、前記駆動源の回転駆動力を変速して車輪に伝達する変速機構と、
前記電気モータを作動させるコントロールユニットとから構成され、
前記コントロールユニットが、
前記作動油の前記油温と前記電気モータの回転数から算出される特性値と、前記特性値に対応する前記電気モータの回転数の閾値とを記憶し、
前記コントロールユニットが、前記駆動源を停止して前記電動オイルポンプにより前記変速機構に前記作動油を供給しているときに、前記電気モータの回転数が前記特性値から決定される前記回転数の閾値以上になると前記駆動源を起動して前記機械式オイルポンプにより前記作動油を前記変速機構に供給し、その後前記電動オイルポンプを停止するように構成されたことを特徴とする油圧供給装置。 - 前記作動油の油温を検出する油温センサを有し、
前記コントロールユニットが、前記電動オイルポンプを起動したときに、前記油温センサにより検出された前記油温と前記電気モータの前記回転数から新たな特性値を算出し、記憶されている前記特性値を更新するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の油圧供給装置。 - 前記電気モータが、三相ブラシレスセンサレスモータで構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の油圧供給装置。
