Abstract
【解決手段】電池缶1の開口上面を塞ぐ左右横長の蓋3と、蓋3に配して電池内圧が異常上昇したときに開裂する開裂ベント16とを含んでいる。開裂ベント16は、蓋3の外面側であって蓋3の左端部寄りに凹み形成した周回溝19を有する。周回溝19は、前後左右の溝部20・21・22・23によって左右横長の長方形の環状に形成されているとともに、端側溝部22の底壁の肉厚がそれ以外の溝部20・21・23の底壁よりも厚くなっている。周回溝19の中央側溝部23は、蓋3の中央側へ突曲する円弧状に形成されている。

Claims (3)
- 電池缶の開口上面を塞ぐ左右横長の蓋と、前記蓋に配して電池内圧が異常上昇したときに開裂する開裂ベントとを含む密閉角形電池において、
前記開裂ベントは、前記蓋の外面側であって前記蓋の左右方向のいずれか一方の端寄りに凹み形成した周回溝を有し、
前記周回溝は、前後左右の溝部からなる環状に形成されていて、前記蓋の左右方向の中央側に位置する中央側溝部が、平面視において前記蓋の中央側へ突曲する円弧状に形成されており、
前記周回溝は、前記中央側溝部の反対側に位置する端側溝部が前後方向に延びる直線状に形成されているとともに、前記端側溝部の底壁の肉厚がそれ以外の溝部の底壁よりも厚く寸法設定されている密閉角形電池。 - 前記開裂ベントが、前記蓋の内面側に、凹部が凹み形成されており、
前記周回溝が、前記凹部の形成領域内に配されている請求項1記載の密閉角形電池。 - 前記周回溝における前後の前記溝部が、左右方向へ平行に延びる直線状に形成されている請求項2記載の密閉角形電池。
