Claims (1)
- 電極を有する電極体と、
前記電極体を収容する収容ケースと、
前記収容ケースに設けられた外部端子と、
前記電極に接続された集電端子と、
前記集電端子と前記外部端子との間に設けられた遮断装置と、
を備え、
前記遮断装置は、前記集電端子から間隔をあけて配置されたリベットと、前記リベットによって保持された反転板と、バイパス部材とを含み、
前記リベットは、前記反転板を保持する保持部と、前記保持部に接続されると共に前記外部端子と係合する中空状に形成されると共に開口部が形成された係合部と、前記係合部の前記開口部を閉塞するように前記係合部に固定された固定板とを含み、
前記集電端子には貫通孔が形成されており、
前記反転板の一部は前記貫通孔を閉塞するように、前記集電端子の前記貫通孔の開口縁部に溶接されており、
前記反転板は、前記収容ケース内の内圧によって前記集電端子との接合状態が解除されて前記集電端子から離れるように変形し、
前記バイパス部材は、前記係合部内に挿入されると共に、前記バイパス部材の一端は前記反転板の上面に配置され、前記バイパス部材の他端は前記固定板に配置されており、
前記バイパス部材は、前記反転板および前記外部端子に電気的に接続されており、
前記反転板が前記集電端子から離れるように変形することで、前記バイパス部材が前記固定板を押圧し、
前記固定板と前記係合部との固定状態が解除、または、前記固定板が破断することで、前記バイパス部材が移動可能となると共に、前記反転板が前記集電端子から離れる、蓄電装置。
