【解決手段】 リファレンス側及びミラー側より成る複数のカレントミラー回路と、この複数のカレントミラー回路の夫々のミラー側に設けた電流保持用容量21a,21b,21cと、この複数のカレントミラー回路を一定の周期で順次選択する順次選択手段23,24a,24b,24cと、この複数のカレントミラー回路の夫々のリファレンス側及びミラー側とを接続する第1のスイッチ手段22a,22b,22cと、この複数のカレントミラー回路の選択の周期に合わせてミラー側の電流が一定になるように定電流発生部5,7,8のリファレンス電圧を切り換えるリファレンス電圧切換手段23,25,26と、この定電流発生部5,7,8をこの選択の周期に合わせて、この複数のカレントミラー回路のリファレンス側に接続する第2のスイッチ手段20a,20b,20cとを有するものである。

となり一定の電流値となる。ここで、Vrefは電池6によるリファレンス電圧、Rは抵抗器7の抵抗値である。
I=Vref÷nR (nは並列に接続されるカレントミラーの数)
となり一定の電流値となる。
Claims (2)
- リファレンス側及びミラー側より成る複数のカレントミラー回路と、
前記複数のカレントミラー回路の夫々のミラー側に設けた電流保持用容量と、
前記複数のカレントミラー回路を一定の周期で順次選択する順次選択手段と、
前記複数のカレントミラー回路の夫々のリファレンス側及びミラー側とを接続する第1のスイッチ手段と、前記複数のカレントミラー回路の選択の周期に合わせてミラー側の電流が一定になるように定電流発生部のリファレンス電圧を切り換えるリファレンス電圧切換手段と、
前記定電流発生部を前記選択の周期に合わせて、前記複数のカレントミラー回路のリファレンス側に接続する第2のスイッチ手段とを有することを特徴とする定電流駆動装置。 - 請求項1記載の定電流駆動装置において、前記電流保持用容量は前記カレントミラー回路が選択されているときに充電するようにしたことを特徴とする定電流駆動装置。
