Abstract
【解決手段】ガイド穴34aを中央に有する胴部33aと、該胴部の周縁に形成して屈曲部36aで一側へ折り曲げた複数のアーム部32aと、該アーム部と反対側に折り曲げたスプリング係止部31aとを具備する管継手の板金バルブ爪30aにおいて、アーム部と胴部の少なくとも一方に補強構造を設ける。前記アーム部の補強構造は、アーム部の先端近傍と前記屈曲部との間に位置して前記アーム部の長手方向に沿って形成されたリブ35a、または、前記アーム部の先端近傍と前記胴部の一部までの間に位置して前記アーム部の長手方向に沿って形成されたリブとする。また、前記胴部の補強構造は、ガイド穴の周縁を前記アーム部の折り曲げ方向、またはそれと反対方向に延ばした絞り部とする。

Claims (6)
- バルブ軸の一端が貫通するガイド穴を中央に有する胴部と、
前記胴部の周縁に形成して屈曲部で一側へ折り曲げた複数のアーム部と、
前記アーム部と反対側に折り曲げたスプリング係止部とを具備する管継手の板金バルブ爪において、
前記アーム部と前記胴部の少なくとも一方に補強構造を設けたことを特徴とする板金バルブ爪。 - 請求項1に記載の板金バルブ爪において、
前記補強構造は、前記アーム部の先端近傍と前記屈曲部との間に位置して、前記アーム部の長手方向に沿って形成されたリブであることを特徴とする板金バルブ爪。 - 請求項1に記載の板金バルブ爪において、
前記補強構造は、前記アーム部の先端近傍と前記胴部の一部までの間に位置して、前記アーム部の長手方向に沿って形成されたリブであることを特徴とする板金バルブ爪。 - 請求項1に記載の板金バルブ爪において、
前記補強構造は、前記ガイド穴の周縁を、前記アーム部の折り曲げ方向に延ばした絞り部であることを特徴とする板金バルブ爪。 - 請求項1に記載の板金バルブ爪において、
前記補強構造は、前記ガイド穴の周縁を、前記アーム部の折り曲げ方向と反対の方向に延ばした絞り部であることを特徴とする板金バルブ爪。 - 請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の板金バルブ爪において、
前記アーム部の先端に、逃げ部を設けたことを特徴とする板金バルブ爪。
