Abstract
【解決手段】 横置型のエンジン14と、そのエンジン14の出力が入力される変速機24と、その変速機24からの出力を差動を許容しつつ左右一対の駆動輪50、50へ伝達する差動歯車装置30とを備え、車両前後方向Aにおいてその差動歯車装置30がエンジン14よりも駆動輪50側に配置された車両において、差動歯車装置30のリングギヤ28から上記変速機24の出力軸25に結合された出力ギヤ26までの動力伝達要素が、車両前後方向Aに一列に配置されていることから、車幅方向すなわち軸心方向の寸法が短縮される。

Claims (6)
- 横置型のエンジンと、該エンジンの出力が入力される変速機と、該変速機からの出力を差動を許容しつつ左右一対の駆動輪へ伝達する差動歯車装置とを備え、車両前後方向において該差動歯車装置が該エンジンよりも駆動輪側に配置された車両において、
前記差動歯車装置のリングギヤから前記変速機の出力軸に結合された出力ギヤまでの動力伝達要素を、車両前後方向に一列に配置したことを特徴とする車両用動力伝達装置。 - 前記出力ギヤは前記差動歯車装置のリングギヤと直接噛み合うものである請求項1の車両用動力伝達装置。
- 横置型のエンジンと、該エンジンの出力が入力される変速機と、該変速機からの出力を差動を許容しつつ左右一対の駆動輪へ伝達する差動歯車装置と、他の駆動輪へ伝達するための車両前後方向の伝達軸に該変速機からの出力を伝達する動力分配装置とを備え、車両前後方向において該変速機が該差動歯車装置と該動力分配装置との間に配置された形式の四輪駆動車用動力伝達装置において、
前記差動歯車装置のリングギヤから前記動力分配装置に動力を伝達するためのトランスファドライブギヤまでの動力伝達要素を、車両前後方向において一列に配置したことを特徴とする四輪駆動車用動力伝達装置。 - 前記差動歯車装置のリングギヤと、前記動力分配装置に動力を伝達するためのトランスファドライブギヤと、前記変速機の出力軸に結合された出力ギヤとが車両前後方向において一列に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3の四輪駆動車用動力伝達装置。
- 前記出力ギヤは前記差動歯車装置のリングギヤと直接噛み合うとともに、前記トランスファドライブギヤと中間ギヤを介して噛み合うものである請求項4の四輪駆動車用動力伝達装置。
- 前記出力ギヤは、前記トランスファドライブギヤと中間ギヤを介して噛み合い、該トランスファドライブギヤは、トランスファドライブシャフトを介して前記動力分配装置に連結されている請求項4の四輪駆動車用動力伝達装置。
