Abstract
【解決手段】 側構体8を載せる架台11は、側構体の長手方向に沿って複数配置されている。溶接部または摩擦攪拌接合部の接合凸部8Bは、側構体8の表面にその長手方向に沿って形成されている。走行体100は、側構体8の長手方向に沿って走行する。走行体のガーダ103には、コラム105が設置され、コラム105の下部にフライスカッター装置80と研磨装置90を設置している。フライスカッター装置80のフライスカッター81のフライス面は、半径Rの円弧状である。フライスカッター81は、垂直線に対してθ1の傾斜角度で切削を行なう。また、フライスカッター装置には、摺板85が設けられている。摺板85を押出し形材表面に接触させた状態で切削を行なう。

Claims (9)
- 形材の接合凸部に沿って移動可能な走行体と、
前記走行体に設置され、前記形材の接合凸部を切削するフライスカッター装置とからなり、
前記フライスカッター装置のフライスカッターは、フライス面が該フライスカッターの回転軸方向の端部に行くにしたがって、形材表面からの距離が離れるように形成されており、
前記フライスカッター装置は、フライスカッターの軸方向に移動可能に前記走行体に設置されてること、
を特徴とする形材加工装置。 - 請求項1に記載の形材加工装置において、前記スライスカッターのスライス面は、その回転軸方向の中央位置を中心とする円弧状に形成されていること、
を特徴とする形材加工装置。 - 請求項2に記載の形材加工装置において、前記フライスカッターの回転軸は、前記形材の被切削面に対して任意の角度に傾斜可能であること、
を特徴とする形材加工装置。 - 請求項3に記載の形材加工装置において、前記フライスカッター装置は、フライスカッターの近傍に摺板を備えており、
前記摺板は、フライスカッターが形材の接合凸部を切削している状態で、形材表面に接触する位置に設置されていること、
を特徴とする形材加工装置。 - 請求項1に記載の形材加工装置において、前記フライスカッター装置は、前記走行体を構成するコラムに設置されており、
前記コラムに研摩装置を設置したこと
を特徴とする形材加工装置。 - 複数の形材を接合して接合部表面に接合凸部が形材の長手方向に連続して形成されている形材を拘束して位置決めし、
フライスカッターの幅方向中央部分が形材側へ膨らむように湾曲したフライス面を備えたスライスカッター装置を、前記形材の接合凸部を切削可能に配置し、
前記フライスカッターの幅方向中央部分のフライス面を、前記接合凸部の幅方向の一端部に一致させた状態で、前記接合凸部を形材の長手方向に切削し、
次に、前記フライスカッターの幅方向中央部分のフライス面を、前記接合凸部の幅方向の他端部に一致させた状態で、前記接合凸部を形材の長手方向に切削すること、
を特徴とする形材加工方法。 - 請求項6に記載の形材加工方法において、前記接合凸部の一端部を切削する際のスライスカッター装置の移動方向と、前記接合凸部の他端部を切削する際のフライスカッター装置の移動方向とを逆方向にしたこと、
を特徴とする形材加工方法。 - 請求項6に記載の形材加工方法において、前記フライスカッター装置は、前記形材の接合凸部の一端部をアップカット加工によって切削し、前記形材の接合凸部の他端部をダウンカット加工によって切削すること、
を特徴とする形材加工方法。 - 請求項6に記載の形材加工方法において、前記形材の接合凸部の一端部および他端部の切削が完了した後に、前記形材の切削部表面を研磨すること、
を特徴とする形材加工方法。
