［比較例２］
撹拌羽付きミキサーに粘度が３０００ｍＰａ・ｓである分子鎖両末端ジメチルビニルシロキシ基封鎖ジメチルポリシロキサン（ビニル基の含有量＝０.１６重量％）４３.７５重量％、粘度が２０ｍＰａ・ｓである分子鎖両末端トリメチルシロキシ基封鎖メチルハイドロジェンポリシロキサン（主鎖は平均２３個のメチルハイドロジェンシロキサン単位からなる。ケイ素原子結合水素原子基の含有量＝１.５５重量％）１.９６重量％、白金含有量が０.５重量％である白金・１,３−ジビニル−１,１,３,３−テトラメチルジシロキサン錯体溶液０.１５重量％、付加反応抑制剤としての２−フェニル−３−ブチン−２−オール０.０３重量％、平均粒子径が５μｍである不定形結晶性シリカ粉末５２.３３重量％、平均粒子径が１μｍである酸化チタン粉末１.００重量％、粘度が５００ｍＰａ・ｓである分子鎖両末端トリメチルシロキシ基封鎖メチルフェニルポリシロキサン（フェニル基の含有量＝５５.７重量％、メチル基とフェニル基の合計数の５０％）０.７８重量％を投入し、均一に混合してヒドロシリル化反応硬化性熱伝導性シリコーンエラストマー組成物を調製した。この組成物を加熱下硬化させて、粘着力、初期剥離性、硬さ、引張強さ、伸びおよび熱伝導率を測定して表２に示した。なお、本比較例は特開昭５６−２３４９の実施例３に準拠したものである。
撹拌羽付きミキサーに粘度が３０００ｍＰａ・ｓである分子鎖両末端ジメチルビニルシロキシ基封鎖ジメチルポリシロキサン（ビニル基の含有量＝０.１６重量％）４３.７５重量％、粘度が２０ｍＰａ・ｓである分子鎖両末端トリメチルシロキシ基封鎖メチルハイドロジェンポリシロキサン（主鎖は平均２３個のメチルハイドロジェンシロキサン単位からなる。ケイ素原子結合水素原子基の含有量＝１.５５重量％）１.９６重量％、白金含有量が０.５重量％である白金・１,３−ジビニル−１,１,３,３−テトラメチルジシロキサン錯体溶液０.１５重量％、付加反応抑制剤としての２−フェニル−３−ブチン−２−オール０.０３重量％、平均粒子径が５μｍである不定形結晶性シリカ粉末５２.３３重量％、平均粒子径が１μｍである酸化チタン粉末１.００重量％、粘度が５００ｍＰａ・ｓである分子鎖両末端トリメチルシロキシ基封鎖メチルフェニルポリシロキサン（フェニル基の含有量＝５５.７重量％、メチル基とフェニル基の合計数の５０％）０.７８重量％を投入し、均一に混合してヒドロシリル化反応硬化性熱伝導性シリコーンエラストマー組成物を調製した。この組成物を加熱下硬化させて、粘着力、初期剥離性、硬さ、引張強さ、伸びおよび熱伝導率を測定して表２に示した。なお、本比較例は特開昭５６−２３４９の実施例３に準拠したものである。
