Abstract
【解決手段】 各ティース(巻芯)9が環状に並ぶコア8に対して複数本の線材5を束にして巻回するステータ(多極電機子)の巻線装置1において環状の、コア8をその中心軸回りに回動させるインデックス機構11と、架台2に対してインデックス機構11を旋回させるコア旋回機構30と、複数の線材5を繰り出すノズル3と、このノズル3を三次元方向に動かすノズル移動機構15とを備え、インデックス機構11とノズル移動機構15がノズル3を各ティース9の回りを移動させて各ティース9に線材5を巻回するとともに、コア旋回機構30がインデックス機構11と共にコア8を旋回させてティース9に巻回された線材5に生じる捩れを戻す構成とした。

Description
特許文献2に開示された巻線装置は、ノズル自体を回転させると、ノズルと巻芯の間で線材に捩れが生じないものの、ノズルと線材供給源の間で線材に捩れが生じる。

Claims (7)
- 複数の巻芯が環状に並ぶコアに対して複数本の線材を束にして巻回する多極電機子の巻線方法において、
環状のコアをその中心軸回りに回動させるインデックス機構と、
複数本の線材を繰り出すノズルと、
このノズルを移動するノズル移動機構とを用い、
前記ノズルを巻芯の回りを移動させて巻芯に線材を巻回するとともに、
コアを線材が巻回される部位を略中心に旋回させて線材に生じる捩れを戻すことを特徴とする多極電機子の巻線方法。 - 複数の巻芯が環状に並ぶコアに対して複数本の線材を束にして巻回する多極電機子の巻線方法において、
環状のコアをその中心軸回りに回動させるインデックス機構と、
複数本の線材を繰り出すノズルと、
このノズルを移動するノズル移動機構とを備え、
前記ノズルを巻芯の回りを移動させて巻芯に線材を巻回するとともに、
コアを線材が巻回される部位を略中心に旋回させて線材に生じる捩れを戻す構成としたことを特徴とする多極電機子の巻線装置。 - 架台に対してコアを前記インデックス機構と共に旋回させるコア旋回機構を備え、
前記コア旋回機構が線材に生じる捩れを戻すようにコアを前記インデックス機構と共に旋回させる構成としたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の多極電機子の巻線装置。 - 前記コア旋回機構がコアを前記インデックス機構と共に旋回させる過程で、前記ノズルをコアの径方向に相対移動し、前記ノズルから延びる線材が巻芯に対して移動することを抑える構成としたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の多極電機子の巻線装置。
- 前記インデックス機構がコアをその中心軸回りに回動させる過程で前記ノズル移動機構が前記ノズルを線材が巻回される部位に追従するように移動させ、線材に生じる捩れを戻すようにコアを旋回させる構成としたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の多極電機子の巻線装置。
- 巻芯の端部に沿って配置されるガイドピンと、
このガイドピンを移動するガイドピン移動機構とを備え、
前記ノズルから繰り出され各線材を一旦前記ガイドピンに掛け回した後に、前記ガイドピンを抜いて各線材を巻芯に落とす構成としたことを特徴とする請求項2から5のいずれか一つに記載の多極電機子の巻線装置。 - 前記ノズルは線材を挿通させる複数のガイド穴が開口し、
前記ノズル移動機構は前記ノズルを前記各ガイド穴から繰り出される線材どうしが離れる方向に回動させる構成としたことを特徴とする請求項2から6のいずれか一つに記載の多極電機子の巻線装置。
