Claims (4)
- 被巻線部材(13b,63b)を支持する支持具(18,68)と、線材操出孔(11a)が形成されたノズル(11)と、前記支持具(18,68)に対して前記ノズル(11)を相対移動させる相対移動機構(19,42,70)とを有し、前記ノズル(11)の前記線材操出孔(11a)を通過して繰出された線材(12)を前記被巻線部材(13b,63b)の周囲に巻回する巻線装置において、
前記ノズル(11)に隣接して設けられた癖付け棒(29)と、
前記線材操出孔(11a)を中心として前記癖付け棒(29)を前記線材操出孔(11a)の周囲に回転移動させる癖付け棒回転移動機構(25,27,75)と
を備えたことを特徴とする線材の巻線装置。 - 相対移動機構が、ノズル(11)を少なくとも被巻線部材(13b,63b)の軸に直交する方向に移動させるノズル移動機構(42,70)と、前記被巻線部材(13b,63b)の軸と前記ノズル(11)の移動方向の双方と直交する方向に前記被巻線部材(13b,63b)を移動させる部材移動機構(19)とを備える請求項1記載の線材の巻線装置。
- 癖付け棒回転移動機構が、ノズル(11)と癖付け棒(29)を保持するノズルホルダ(27)と、前記ノズル(11)の線材操出孔(11a)を回転中心として前記ノズルホルダ(27)を回転させるモータ(25,75)とを備えた請求項1又は2記載の線材の巻線装置。
- 被巻線部材(13b,63b)の周囲にノズル(11)を相対移動させて、前記ノズル(11)から繰出された線材(12)を前記被巻線部材(13b,63b)の周囲に巻回する巻線方法において、
前記被巻線部材(13b,63b)の周囲において相対移動する前記ノズル(11)に癖付け棒(29)を追随させ、
前記ノズル(11)から繰出された後に前記癖付け棒(29)に接触して前記被巻線部材(13b,63b)側に転向した前記線材(12)を前記被巻線部材(13b,63b)に巻回する
ことを特徴とする線材の巻線方法。
