Claims (10)
- 内燃機関のためのスロットル装置であって、スロットルバルブハウジング(2)と、スロットルバルブ(8)を有するスロットルバルブ軸(6)とが設けられており、該スロットルバルブ軸(6)が、スロットルバルブハウジング(2)内の、該スロットルバルブハウジング(2)に設けられた軸受収容部(10)内で旋回可能に支承されており、スロットルバルブ軸(6)に作用する調整装置(18)により旋回可能になっている形式のものにおいて、軸受収容部(10)の領域で、緊締エレメント(30)が、軸受収容部(10)を取り囲んでいることを特徴とする、スロットル装置。
- スロットルバルブハウジング(2)に、軸受収容部(10)を収容する延長部(22)が一体成形されており、緊締エレメント(30)が、前記延長部(22)を取り囲んでいる、請求項1記載のスロットル装置。
- 緊締エレメント(30)が、スリーブにより形成されている、請求項1又は2記載のスロットル装置。
- スロットルバルブハウジング(2)の、少なくとも軸受収容部(10)の領域が、プラスチックより成っている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のスロットル装置。
- 緊締エレメント(30)が、金属より成っている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のスロットル装置。
- スロットルバルブ軸(6)を支承するために、軸受収容部(10)内に軸受け(24)が組み込まれている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のスロットル装置。
- 軸受(24)の周(24a)が、半径方向応力をもって軸受収容部(10)内に組み込まれている、請求項6記載のスロットル装置。
- 軸受(24)が、ころがり軸受である、請求項6又は7記載のスロットル装置。
- 軸受(24)が、滑り軸受である、請求項6又は7記載のスロットル装置。
- 緊締エレメント(30)が、軸受(24)の熱膨張係数とほぼ等しい大きさの熱膨張係数を有している、請求項6から9までのいずれか1項記載のスロットル装置。
