Abstract
【解決手段】 熱可塑性樹脂16を介して紙12と不織布14とを積層し、熱圧で一体化して得た畳表10は、イ草あるいは筒状の抄繊糸を織機で編織りして製造する従来のものに比べて経済的に製造可能である。また、熱可塑性樹脂16を介して紙12と木質繊維板36とを積層し、熱圧で一体化して得た畳パネル34では、畳の製造工程のうち、畳表の編織工程および畳表と畳床との縫着工程を一つの工程に簡素化できる。そして、これらの畳表10および畳パネル34では、その表層がエンボス模様Eを施した紙12で構成されているので、吸放湿性に優れベトつきも無く、イ草製の畳表または畳と同等の質感ならびに機能のものを得ることができる。

Claims (2)
- 熱可塑性樹脂を介して天然繊維からなる紙と不織布とを積層し、これらを熱圧で一体化すると共に、表層となる前記紙の表面にエンボス模様を施したことを特徴とする畳表。
- 熱可塑性樹脂を介して天然繊維からなる紙と木質繊維板とを積層し、これらを熱圧で一体化すると共に、表層となる前記紙の表面にエンボス模様を施したことを特徴とする畳パネル。
