Claims (6)
- 前記無機粒子が、シリカ、酸化チタン、亜鉛華、アルミナ、酸化鉄、タルク、マイカ、セリサイト、金コロイドからなる群から選ばれた一種又は二種以上の無機粒子であって、その平均粒子径が20nm〜500μm、比重が1.0g/cm 3 以上であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のアフィニティー粒子。
- 前記リガンドが各種抗体、抗原、酵素、基質、レセプター、レクチン、ペプチド、DNA、RNA、アプタマー、プロテインA、プロテインG、アビジン、ビオチン、キレート化合物、各種金属イオンからなる群から選ばれた一種又は二種以上のリガンドであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3記載のアフィニティー粒子。
- (1)請求項1記載のアフィニティー粒子に任意のリガンドを結合させる第1工程、(2)第1工程で製造したアフィニティー粒子を、任意のリガンドにより選択的に捕捉される目的物質を含む溶液試料に分散させる第2工程、(3)アフィニティー粒子から捕捉した目的物質を回収する第3工程を含むことを特徴とする無機粒子による目的物質のアフィニティー分離方法。
- (1)請求項2記載のアフィニティー粒子を、任意のリガンドにより選択的に捕捉される目的物質を含む溶液試料に分散させる第1工程、(2)アフィニティー粒子から捕捉した目的物質を回収する第2工程を含むことを特徴とする無機粒子による目的物質のアフィニティー分離方法。
