Abstract
Description
この超薄ガラスはその製造又は生産直後に安定な支持体上に固定され、次いで、電子素子の基板としてそれを加工する全ての期間及び異なる加工場所へそれを搬送する全ての期間の間に、一つの安定な支持体上に固定されているのが有利である。この場合に、この支持体は常に同じ支持体のままである必要はなく、異なる支持体であることもできる。この超薄ガラス基板は、一実施態様の場合には、電子素子のカプセル化が完了した後に初めて、この電子素子を電子デバイス中に組み込む直前に、(最後の)安定な支持体か分離される。超薄ガラスが再剥離されている場合、この超薄ガラスは例えば再びその所望な柔軟性及び/又は本来の特性を有する。
Claims (7)
- 安定な支持体上に分離可能に固定されている約200μm未満の厚さを有する超薄ガラス。
- 結合層を用いて安定な支持体上に分離可能に固定されている、請求項1記載の超薄ガラス。
- 安定な支持体上に可逆的に分離可能に固定されている、請求項1又は2記載の超薄ガラス。
- 安定な支持体が化学特性及び/又は物理特性の点で超薄ガラスに適合されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の超薄ガラス。
- 安定な支持体は、厚さを除いた寸法において、超薄ガラスに正確に一致するか又は超薄ガラスから張り出している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の超薄ガラス。
- 安定な支持体上での固定が、支持体の剥離又は溶解により解消される、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の超薄ガラス。
- 超薄ガラスが、少なくとも一時的に、搬送の間及び/又は加工の間及び/又は電子素子のカプセル化の前に少なくとも1回、安定な支持体上に分離可能に固定されている、フレキシブルな電子デバイスの製造のための超薄ガラスの使用。
