Claims (9)
- 質量流センサー(14)の校正のための装置であって、流れ通路及び該流れ通路内での質量流センサーの保持のためのホルダーを備えており、流れ通路が一方の端部でポンプ(32)に接続されている形式のものにおいて、ホルダーとポンプとの間に調節可能な絞り装置(24,26)を設けてあり、該絞り装置が校正過程中に制御装置を介して所定の時間・距離特性線に沿って調節可能であり、ポンプの運転時に超臨界の流れを形成するようになっており、該流れの媒体が絞り装置の最も狭い横断面で音速を有していることを特徴とする、質量流センサーの校正のための装置。
- 調節可能な絞り装置として可変のノズルを設けてある請求項1記載の装置。
- 可変のノズル(24)が、円錐形に拡大する区分と該区分内に配置されたピンから成っており、ピンが調節駆動部(28)によって調節されて、前記区分内の自由な横断面を変化させるようになっている請求項2記載の装置。
- ピン(26)が、円錐形に拡大する区分内に同軸的に配置された円錐体若しくは円錐台部材として形成されている請求項3記載の装置。
- ピンが縦軸線(B)に沿って調節可能である請求項4記載の装置。
- 空気質量センサーと絞り装置との間に、空気流の状態量の検出のためのセンサー(18,20,22)を設けてある請求項1から5のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 温度、空気湿度及び/又は圧力の測定のための装置を設けてある請求項1から6のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 空気質量センサー(14)の校正のための方法であって、次の過程を有しており:
校正すべき質量流センサーを流れ通路内に配置し、
流れ通路内に質量流を質量流・時間特性線に沿って形成し、
この場合に該質量流が絞り装置を通って超臨界の流れで流過し、該流れの媒体が絞り装置の最も狭い横断面で音速を有していることを特徴とする、質量流センサーの校正のための方法。 - 調節可能な絞り装置として可変のノズルを設けてあり、該ノズルによって所定の時間に関連して、校正すべき質量流センサーの周囲を流れる質量流を変化させる請求項8記載の方法。
