Abstract
Description
被監視空間の3次元状況映像を記録する3Dカメラと、
適宜の物体検出法を用いて該3次元状況映像の評価を行って、被監視空間に存在する物体を判別し、且つその空間内位置を決定する第一の手段と、
物体位置が決定された被監視空間領域の2次元状況映像を記録する2Dカメラと、
適宜の物体検出法を用いて該2次元状況映像の評価を行って、被監視域内の上記物体を再度判別する第二の手段と
を備えて成る。
被監視空間の3次元状況映像である第一の映像を、3Dカメラを用いて記録し、
適宜の物体検出法を用いて該第一の3次元状況映像の評価を行って、被監視空間に存在する物体を判別すると共にその空間内位置を決定し、
物体位置の位置が決定された被監視空間の特定域の2次元状況映像である第二の映像を、2Dカメラを用いて記録し、
該2次元状況映像である第二の映像の評価を行って、上記空間内に有る物体を再度判別する
各ステップを含んで成る物体検出・位置決定方法に関する。
被監視空間の3次元状況映像を記録する3Dカメラと、
適宜の物体検出法を用いて該3次元状況映像の評価を行って、被監視空間に存在する物体を判別し、且つその空間内位置を決定する第一の手段と、
被監視空間の2次元状況映像を記録する2Dカメラと、
物体の位置が決定された空間領域に相当する特定の領域を、前記2次元状況映像において、適宜の物体検出法を用いて評価する第二の手段、とからなる。
被監視空間の3次元状況映像である第一の映像を、3Dカメラを用いて記録し、
適宜の物体検出法を用いて該3次元状況映像の評価を行って、被監視空間にある物体を判別すると共にその空間内位置を決定し、
被監視空間の2次元状況映像である第二の映像を、2Dカメラを用いて記録し、
被監視空間の物体位置決定域に対応する、上記2次元状況映像である第二の映像の特定域の評価を行って、上記空間内に有る物体を再度判別する
各ステップを含んで成る。
車席に有る物体を判別すると共にその位置を決定し、
判別及び位置決定された物体の型式と位置に特有の制御信号を発生し、該制御信号を拘束システムの制御装置に送信し、
送信された制御信号に基づいて拘束システムの適宜の機能モードを選択する
各ステップを含んで成る方法に関する。
と云う各ステップを含んで成る。
図1に、本発明による方法を、車両内搭乗者空間の監視に用いたものを示す。そのように用いる場合、物体を判別し、その位置を決定する装置10は、例えば車両の前部、車両ルーフ直下に配置される。図示の具体例はカメラモジュールが前部シート搭乗者側を監視、即ちカメラの視野が前部シート搭乗者側に向けられる。或いはまた、カメラモジュールの視野がドライバ側を向くように装置を配置しても良い。カメラモジュールの配置及び形状によっては、車両の両側及び後部シートが同時に監視されるようにしても良い。
Claims (25)
- 被監視空間の3次元状況映像を記録する3Dカメラと、
適宜の物体検出法を用いて該3次元状況映像の評価を行って、被監視空間に存在する物体を判別し、且つその空間内位置を決定する第一の手段と、
被監視空間内の物体位置決定域の2次元状況映像を記録する2Dカメラと、
適宜の物体検出法を用いて該2次元状況映像の評価を行って、被監視域内の上記物体を再度判別する第二の手段と
を備えて成る物体判別及び位置決定装置。 - 被監視空間の3次元状況映像を記録する3Dカメラと、
適宜の物体検出法を用いて該3次元状況映像の評価を行って、被監視空間に存在する物体を判別し、且つその空間内位置を決定する第一の手段と、
被監視空間の2次元状況映像を記録する2Dカメラと、
適宜の物体検出法を用いて該2次元状況映像の特定域の評価を行って、被監視域内の上記物体を再度判別する第二の手段を備えて成り、上記特定域が被監視空間内の物体位置決定域に対応するようにして成る物体判別及び位置決定装置。 - 3次元状況映像の評価を行う第一の手段と2次元状況映像の評価を行う第二の手段が共通の演算装置で具現される請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 3Dカメラと2Dカメラが互いに直隣接して配置されて成る請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 3Dカメラと2Dカメラが共通のハウジング内に配置されて成る請求項4に記載の装置。
- 3Dカメラと2Dカメラが同じスペクトル域で作動するようにして成る請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記スペクトル域に含まれる波長の光を被監視空間に照射する光源を更に備えて成る請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記スペクトル域が赤外域を含んで成る請求項6又は7に記載の装置。
- 3Dカメラと2Dカメラと光源が共通のハウジング内に配置されて成る請求項6に記載の装置。
- a)被監視空間の3次元状況映像である第一の映像を、3Dカメラを用いて記録し、
b)適宜の物体検出法を用いて該3次元状況映像の評価を行って、被監視空間に存在する物体を判別すると共にその空間内位置を決定し、
c)物体位置決定域に対応する、被監視空間の特定域の2次元状況映像である第二の映像を、2Dカメラを用いて記録し、
d)該2次元状況映像である第二の映像の評価を行って、上記空間内に有る物体を再度判別する
各ステップを含んで成る物体判別及び位置決定方法。 - a)被監視空間の3次元状況映像である第一の映像を、3Dカメラを用いて記録し、
b)適宜の物体検出法を用いて該3次元状況映像の評価を行って、被監視空間にある物体を判別すると共にその空間内位置を決定し、
c)被監視空間の2次元状況映像である第二の映像を、2Dカメラを用いて記録し、
d)被監視空間の物体位置決定域に対応する、上記2次元状況映像である第二の映像の特定域の評価を行って、上記空間内に有る物体を再度判別する
各ステップを含んで成る物体判別及び位置決定方法。 - 3Dカメラと2Dカメラが同じスペクトル域で作動するようにして成る請求項10又は11に記載の方法。
- 前記スペクトル域に含まれる波長の光を被監視空間に照射するステップを更に含んで成る請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記スペクトル域が赤外域を含んで成る請求項12又は13に記載の方法。
- 車両における拘束システムを制御する方法であって、
a)請求項10〜14の一つに記載の方法により、車席に有る物体を判別すると共にその位置を決定し、
b)判別及び決定された物体の型式と位置に特有の制御信号を発生し、該制御信号を拘束システムの制御装置に送信し、
c)送信された制御信号に基づいて拘束システムの適宜の機能モードを選択する
各ステップを含んで成る方法。 - 物体がチャイルドシートを含んで成る請求項15に記載の方法。
- 物体が搭乗者の頭部を含んで成る請求項15に記載の方法。
- 制御信号の発生が、頭部の位置に基づく搭乗者の座高(胴部の高さ)の計算を含んで成る請求項17に記載の方法。
- 車両の事故回避方法であって、
a)請求項1〜14の一つに記載の方法により、運転者を取り囲む領域に有る物体を判別すると共にその位置を決定し、
b)物体の決定位置が車両の安全運転を妨害する可能性のある場合、適宜の対策を開始する
各ステップを含んで成る方法。 - 物体が運転者の身体の一部を含んで成り、この身体部が車を運転するには不適切な身体姿勢に随伴する位置にあると決定されたら、適宜対策を開始して成る請求項19に記載の方法。
- 物体が品物を含んで成り、この品物が運転者の視野にあると決定されたら、適宜対策を開始して成る請求項19に記載の方法。
- 対応対策の開始が、可視又は可聴警告信号の発生及び/又は緊急ブレーキ系の作動開始及び/又は運転者動作の記録及び/又は拘束システムの適宜機能モードの選択を含んで成る請求項19〜21のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜9の一つに記載の装置の拘束システムの制御への使用であって、車両の搭乗者空間における判別された物体の型式とその位置に応じて、拘束システムが適宜の機能モードに切り替わるようにすることへの使用。
- 請求項1〜9の一つに記載の装置の衝突前駆システムへの使用であって、車両の外部における特定された物体の型式とその位置に応じて、適宜の対策を開始するようにすることへの使用。
- 請求項1〜9の一つに記載の装置を盗難防止警報システムに用いること。
