Claims (11)
- 車両のマスターブレーキシリンダと車輪ブレーキの間の圧力媒体流量がアナログ式分離弁またはアナログ化された分離弁によって制御され、マスターブレーキシリンダ内の液圧が測定される、アクティブ式液圧制動力補助を行う液圧式車両ブレーキシステムの運転を改善する方法において、分離弁がその圧力上昇位置、特に閉鎖位置から圧力低下位置、特に開放位置に移行する際に、マスターブレーキシリンダ内の液圧の上昇が、マスターブレーキシリンダ内の検出された液圧に基づいて監視および/または制御されることを特徴とする方法。
- マスターブレーキシリンダ内の液圧の実質的にろ波されていない値に基づいて、圧力上昇が監視および/または制御されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 分離弁が閉鎖位置から開放位置に移行した直後、マスターブレーキシリンダ内の液圧が測定され、実質的にろ波されていないこの最初の値が記憶されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 分離弁の閉鎖位置から開放位置への移行が、予め定められた関数に従って行われ、この関数がマスターブレーキシリンダ内の液圧の実質的にろ波されていない値に応じて変更可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 分離弁の閉鎖位置から開放位置への移行のための予め定められた関数が、隣接するランプを有する跳躍関数であり、アナログ式分離弁またはアナログ化された分離弁の制御のための電流強度が跳躍関数によって制御されることを特徴とする、請求項4記載の方法。
- 隣接するランプを有する跳躍関数の場合、先ず最初に、調節すべき値の範囲内にある電流強度初期値が保持電流によって急に調節されることと、この電流強度初期値から出発して電流強度が所定のランプを経て調節すべき電流強度に導かれることを特徴とする、請求項5記載の方法。
- 電流強度跳躍関数が目標圧力初期値を調節するために使用され、この目標圧力初期値が調節すべき固有の圧力の上方にあり、特に調節すべき圧力の上方20〜60バールの範囲内に、好ましくは約30バールにあることを特徴とする、請求項6記載の方法。
- 分離弁が閉鎖位置から開放位置に移行した直後、マスターブレーキシリンダ内の液圧が測定され、実質的にろ波されていないこの最初の値が記憶されることと、マスターブレーキシリンダ内の液圧の実質的にろ波されていない実際の値が実質的にろ波されていない最初の値を所定の限界値だけ上回るときに、分離弁の閉鎖位置から開放位置への移行のための予め定められた関数が変更されることと、実質的にろ波されていない圧力の値の勾配が0よりも大きいときに、ランプが遅くなることを特徴とする、請求項4〜7のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 限界値が0.1〜2バール、特に約0.5バールに設定されることを特徴とする、請求項8記載の方法。
- マスターブレーキシリンダ内の液圧の実質的にろ波されていない実際の値が実質的にろ波されていない最初の値を所定の限界値だけ上回るときに、アナログ式分離弁またはアナログ化された分離弁の制御のための電流強度が変更された電流強度初期値にセットされるかまたは変更された電流強度初期値に徐々に導かれ、この変更された電流強度初期値が電流強度初期値よりも大きく、この変更された電流強度初期値から出発して、電流強度が所定のランプを経て調節すべき電流強度に導かれることを特徴とする、請求項8または9記載の方法。
- 変更された電流強度初期値によって、変更された圧力初期値が調節され、この圧力初期値が目標圧力初期値よりも約20バール大きいことを特徴とする、請求項10記載の方法。
