Abstract
Description
前記銅のまたは銅をベースとする本体の表面上に前記プレートの一方の面を重ね合わせて接合することと、
前記プレートの前記面と、前記銅のまたは銅をベースとする本体の前記表面との間の継手に近接するところに位置する点に、前記レーザー手段の焦点を合わせることにより溶接プロセスを開始することと、
溶接される前記表面の垂線に対して0°を超える値に前記レーザー手段の入射角を維持することと、
溶接池(weldpool)を前記継手に沿って押し進めるように、前記継手に対して前記レーザー手段を動かすことである。
Claims (12)
- Ag合金をベースとする少なくとも一層及び銅本体を有するプレートを相互に溶接するために、前記溶接を行うためのレーザー手段の使用を含む方法であって、
前記銅本体の表面上に前記プレートの一方の面を重ね合わせて接合する工程と、
前記プレートの前記面と前記銅本体の前記表面との間の継手に近接するところに位置する点に、前記レーザー手段の焦点を合わせることにより溶接プロセスを開始する工程と、
溶接される前記表面の垂線に対して0°を超える値に前記レーザー手段の入射角を維持する工程と、
溶接池を前記継手に沿って押し進めるように、前記継手に対して前記レーザー手段を動かす工程と
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記開始工程は、前記銅本体の前記表面と前記プレートの前記面との間の前記継手に近接する前記銅本体の点に、前記レーザー手段の焦点を合わせることにより起こることを特徴とする請求項1記載のプレートと銅本体とを相互に溶接するための方法。
- 前記レーザー手段の前記入射角は、溶接される前記表面の垂線に対して5°から20°までの間にあることを特徴とする請求項1記載のプレートと銅本体とを相互に溶接するための方法。
- 前記継手に対して、前記銅本体に属する側に溶融材料の少なくとも70%があることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のうちのいずれか1項記載のプレートと銅本体とを相互に溶接するための方法。
- 前記レーザー手段が、固体レーザーを備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のうちのいずれか1項記載のプレートと銅本体とを相互に溶接するための方法。
- 前記プレートが、Agの合金をベースとする少なくとも一層、及び、少なくとも一つの銅層を備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のうちのいずれか1項記載のプレートと銅本体とを相互に溶接するための方法。
- 前記プレートの前記銅層が、前記銅本体上に重ね合わせて接合される前記プレートの前記面を構成することを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法。
- 請求項1ないし7のうちのいずれか1項記載の方法で得られる接点要素。
- 前記銅本体が、低圧接触器または回路遮断器の可動接点であることを特徴とする請求項8記載の接点要素。
- 前記銅本体が、低圧接触器または回路遮断器の固定接点であることを特徴とする請求項8記載の接点要素。
- 請求項8及び9のうちのいずれか一方に記載の接点要素を一つまたはそれ以上備えることを特徴とする低圧回路遮断器。
- 請求項8及び9のうちのいずれか一方に記載の接点要素を一つまたはそれ以上備えることを特徴とする低圧接触器。
