Abstract
【解決手段】冷媒供給装置は、冷媒容器1の中の液冷媒を圧送ポンプ2により圧送し、供給配管3を通じて製品5に供給する。圧送ポンプ2の下流側には、供給配管3から分岐して冷媒容器1に通じる帰還配管9が設けられる。帰還配管9を流れる液冷媒は、冷媒加熱装置10に含まれるヒータにより加熱されて気化し、その気化したガス冷媒は、同装置10に含まれる減圧弁により減圧される。供給配管3に設けられるヘッター8には、その中の冷媒圧力を計測する圧力計11が設けられる。冷媒容器1には、その温度を検出する温度センサ12が設けられる。制御盤13は、検出される冷媒圧力及び容器温度に基づきヒータ15を制御する。

Claims (5)
- 冷媒容器の中の液冷媒を圧送ポンプにより圧送し供給配管を通じて消費設備に供給する冷媒供給装置において、
前記圧送ポンプの下流側にて前記供給配管から分岐して前記冷媒容器に通じる帰還配管と、
前記帰還配管を流れる液冷媒を加熱するための加熱手段と、
前記加熱手段の下流側にて前記帰還配管に設けられる減圧弁と
を備えたことを特徴とする冷媒供給装置。 - 冷媒容器の中の液冷媒を圧送ポンプにより圧送し供給配管を通じて消費設備に供給する冷媒供給装置において、
前記圧送ポンプの下流側にて前記供給配管から分岐して前記冷媒容器に通じる帰還配管と、
前記帰還配管を流れる液冷媒を加熱するための加熱手段と、
前記加熱手段の下流側にて前記帰還配管に設けられる減圧弁と、
前記圧送ポンプの上流側にて前記供給配管の中の冷媒圧力を検出するための圧力検出手段と、
前記検出される冷媒圧力に基づき前記加熱手段を制御するための制御手段と
を備えたことを特徴とする冷媒供給装置。 - 前記制御手段は、前記検出される冷媒圧力が所定の設定圧力以下となったときに前記加熱手段を動作させることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の冷媒供給装置。
- 冷媒容器の中の液冷媒を圧送ポンプにより圧送し供給配管を通じて消費設備に供給する冷媒供給装置において、
前記圧送ポンプの下流側にて前記供給配管から分岐して前記冷媒容器に通じる帰還配管と、
前記帰還配管を流れる液冷媒を加熱するための加熱手段と、
前記加熱手段の下流側にて前記帰還配管に設けられる減圧弁と、
前記圧送ポンプの上流側にて前記供給配管の中の冷媒圧力を検出するための圧力検出手段と、
前記冷媒容器の温度を検出するための温度検出手段と、
前記検出される冷媒圧力及び前記検出される温度に基づき前記加熱手段を制御するための制御手段と
を備えたことを特徴とする冷媒供給装置。 - 前記制御手段は、前記検出される冷媒圧力が所定の設定圧力以下となったときに前記加熱手段を動作させ、前記検出される温度が所定の設定温度以上となったときに前記加熱手段の動作を停止させることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の冷媒供給装置。
